5.00Pedro and Felipe were exceptional guides, always very friendly and with impeccable service. They took us to see several amazing places and also prepared fresh fish ceviche during the boat tour, which was absolutely delicious. The most beautiful part of the tour was going to the corals, where we could see colorful fish, locusts, manta rays, turtles and starfish in their natural habitat. An unforgettable experience that you cannot miss when visiting one of the most beautiful reefs in existence.

5.00The team was very accommodating and kind. We had a great time and the food they prepared was also delicious. This was a great activity for both swimmers and people who did not want to swim or wanted to just stay on the boat the whole time. We had a great time and would recommend Bala tours for any group traveling to Cozumel.

5.00Pedro and Felipe were the best guides, taking us to see multiple amazing sights, and even making delicious food from scratch during the boat ride. Our favorite part was going to shallow water to see and swim with stingrays and other fish. Don't miss this experience while visiting the second largest reef in the world!
