  I absolutely love this place. Clean, lots of shade, super friendly staff. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I’d do it. Start off by friendly staff at the door. Didn’t wait but 5 or so minutes! Great spot in the beach 10 feet from the water, great table side service and then it gets even better at the swim up bar!!! Insanely good service. Best bartender in all of Cozumel. He knew mine and my wife’s name after knowing us for us for only 10-15 minutes. He knew what we wanted to drink and knew when we needed a refill.   Easy to get to with a taxi, good food choices and cocktails. Beach is very nice and the kids had fun with inflatables. Pool area clean, and staff was great

  Love Paradise Beach. Been there with my kids when they were younger and been back a couple times after that with just my husband. Food and drinks were great. Service was also awesome. The only complaint I have for this last time I was there was there was a bunch of kids throwing balls in the pool, regular balls and footballs. The pool was crowded and you’re there to relax. I didn’t have an issue of kids in the pool but the staff should not allow balls to be thrown since people can be hit.

  Highly recommend Paradise Beach Club! Short cab ride for $18 from the port and very welcoming from the moment we arrived! Carlos was amazing and led us to our chairs, informed us of all we needed to know from pool access, bars, water activities, massages and all the drinks and food you could want! Carlos was SUPER attentive, caring and so kind! The ocean was nice to relax in and the kids had fun on the water slides and i had a great 30 min massage! Great day was had by all in our group at Paradise Beach Club!

  We went as a family of 5, kids ages 10, 12 and 14. We bought the kids the extra passes for the water obstacle course and they loved it!!! The beach was nice, the food and drinks were good and the staff comes around a lot. Getting a taxi to and from here was very easy and prices for taxi are listed right at the port/taxi pickup. I believe we paid $35 each way for our party of 5 (maybe there is a cheaper way?). The only thing that surprised me was the tipping at the end. They basically give you your "bill" of everything you ordered and then at the bottom of it it has a suggested tip amount based on your bill. We were happy to tip our staff, but I was a little surprised to see that.

  We found paradise resort to be a very clean, well organized property. Food was excellent. Drinks were very good and free flowing, bartending staff and waiters were great super friendly. They have a beautiful beach lots of seating and a nice warm pool. It was everything we needed for a day off the ship.

  We were disappointed because we were told that tips were voluntary when we checked in to this all inclusive resort, but when we were getting ready to leave Luis handed us a receipt asking for $25-40 tip! We only had one meal each and three drinks during our five hour visit. We always tip the staff for service and were shocked in this amount! We will not be back!!!

  Amazing value for money , great tasty food and cocktails. Prompt staff and lovely beach .. would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach in Cozumel - unfortunately Cozumel doesn’t have beaches near the ferry where we stayed so it was a perfect place to those who are in the need of relaxation on the beach

  My family and I spent the New Year's day here while visiting Cozumel on a cruise ship. The food, cleanliness and service were top notch. The pool is heated which is nice this time of year when its not super hot in Mexico. The beach is very nice however entry into the water is quite hazardous with alot of rocks and slippery surfaces. There were also alot of jelly fish and seaweed in the water that day which is not something the beach club can control. There are inflatable slides and activities for kids for an upcharge and also jet skis available to rent. We ended up having to upgrade our drink package for $30US per person and the assortment of liquor in the basic package was not good and did not taste well. Carlos and Daniel provided great service and should be recognized for their hard work!

  Everyone was so nice! The wait staff who got our drinks and food were amazing- fast and the food was hot! The drinks were so good and the food was delicious! We loved the pool and even got massages for an additional cost. This is our go to spot next time we’re in Cozumel!
