  This CLOY excursion was amazing. Our guide Elia was so responsive to our needs and cater to our pace with walking & going in hills. Served us a great picnic lunch by the lake. The pier experience was amazing. The Geisbach Falls & hotel was breathtaking. The sceneries along the way was like heaven with the mountain backdrop & fog creates a great ambiance. Having the private tour was the only way to go for us. Less walking & more time to experience all what we can take visually. I will recommend to anyone.

  We booked the Heid and Alpine Farm Animal private tour through the Hotel Burgenstock in July 2025. Our friend had done a similar tour with the same company several months back and highly recommended it. Our tour guide was Marc, the owner of the company and he was fantastic. He picked us up at our hotel and then we embarked on a customized 8 hour journey throughout the beautiful area of Lake Lucerne. We stopped at various viewpoints on mountain peaks and in valleys, hiked on nature trails (about 1-1.5 hrs, nothing too strenuous), visited cute and historic lake towns, petted cows that were grazing on their pastures, and ate delicious Swiss snacks and picnic meals prepared by Marc. It was pricey but was worth the experience. We would not have known how to navigate to these spots without him.   If you are looking for private tour guide in Switzerland, look no further. We enjoyed 4 full day tours and had a fantastic experience. In addition to visiting the CLOY filming locations, we let them plan the rest of our itinerary, and they did a wonderful job. We explored popular spots like Interlaken and Lucerne, and they introduced us to some stunning locations with breathtaking scenery. Our guides, Marc, Bruno and Roland were all friendly, and we truly enjoyed our time with them. One of our most memorable moments was the outdoor BBQ lunch with Marc, and an unforgettable close encounter with a herd of cows in the Alps with Bruno.   Our guide, Manuelito, was on time, friendly, and professional. His van was clean. He provided us with bottled water. He and his fellow tour guide, Philip, prepared a hearty Swiss picnic for our lunch — raclette, bread, chips, cold cuts, and a variety of drinks. For the tour, he was knowledgeable and explained the details of the tourist sites. I am highly recommending this tour with Manuelito!

  Guide was very nice but the Company itself doesn't seem to care about customers who wanted good experience to witness several shooting scene of the CLOY. I purchased this tour a year in advanced and they only notified the guide a day before the trip. Guide don't have any idea about the CLOY as he hasn't seen it. My wife and I basically guided him all the way. I felt bad for him as he has to Google everything. We managed to enjoy best possible way ee can by guiding him instead. Also if you're paying 1400CHF like I did, not worth it. Do research first. You can do it a lot cheaper with other company who cares to provide proper guidance to tourist.

  Of course the views were truely amazing which became more interesting with the anecdotes provided by our able guide Manuel . Being a resident of Thune , he gave us wonderful insights on the places we went to . Surely , we will recommend this tour and guide to our friends ..

  Thanks to our fantastic host Joshua for hosting us to a super memorable day tour. Not only was Joshua very knowledgeable he also found the best hidden gems that gave us an unforgettable CLOY experience! A must go for all fans and non-fans and highly recommended! 5 out of 5 definitely!

  This would be one of the best private tour I had taken in life. The itinerary is well planned to avoid busy tourists timings. The car is new and clean and most importantly my guide Fabian is very professional and friendly. Switzerland has a lot to offer. The reality is way better than any pictures you see online. Being there to immerse yourself with the Swiss air, the cows with bells ringing, waterfalls, lush greenery, snow capped alps at the background, every corner is a postcard.   We spent a day on the CLOY tour with Joshua and Marc. It was a very exciting, fun and informative day. The two guides were able to tell us lots of interesting facts about Switzerland and the places we visited. Marc already told us a few things about the series CLOY (crash landing on you) during the drive to the first destination. So you don't have to binge-watch the series before you book the tour ;) The guides always responded to the wishes/interests of the group and were very flexible. Thanks to the good organisation we were able to visit many beautiful places in just one day without it being stressful. I can highly recommend this tour!

  I travelled with my 20 year old son who is clueless about the Netflix series. Joshua made him comfortable and adjusted our itinerary without missing out on the CLOY spots. His stories about Switzerland, souvenir stop in Interlaken and the “lake jump” surely made our mother and son trip memorable. The picnic food, wine, tea and snacks are perfect. I genuinely recommend this trip to everyone. Do not hesitate to book with this company.
