In this immersive culinary experience, you'll master the art of Italian cooking with hands-on guidance. You'll begin by learning how to create fresh pasta dough, which you'll transform into two traditional dishes: fettuccine and ravioli. Under the direction of your expert instructor, you'll go through each step, from kneading the dough to shaping and filling your pasta. Afterward, you'll craft a classic tiramisu, expertly layering mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers. Throughout the class, you'll gain valuable tips and techniques that will enhance your cooking skills, whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook. Once your dishes are complete, you'll sit down with your fellow participants to enjoy the delicious pasta and tiramisu you've prepared. This activity not only teaches you how to make authentic Italian cuisine but also provides a fun, social setting to connect with others and share a meal.

Hassan provided us the perfect experience to end our vacation. You have learnt new skills and gained great knowledge, which we will take home with us, whilst having a fantastic time. We were incredibly proud of our pasta and tirimisu. We would greatly recommend, whether traveling alone, a couple or a group. Thank you so much for the memories and experience!

Agneise and Giuseppe were our chefs during our cooking class and they were fabulous!! 8 of our family were at the class and had an amazing time! We learned so much and they were excellent instructors! Highly recommend!!
