Join a tour with all of Crete's most iconic products. All the areas that you will visit are famous for their vineyards, the olive groves, and their wine production since the Minoan era. Even today they are considered the largest areas in Greece for cultivating grapes and high-quality olive oil.
Stop at a local olive mill and take a tour of the olive grove and after the olive mill where you can taste fresh olive oil. The second stop is a family-owned winery that uses organic methods for cultivating. You will get a tour around the vineyards and the winery and taste 5 wines.
The next stop is a unique distillery with an ancient wine press. Raki is the most famous Cretan spirit. Take a tour of the distillery and then enjoy a traditional lunch at a local tavern. Before finishing off the tour with a visit to a pottery studio located in a traditional village that is famous for its pottery.
*The pottery lab is not available on Sundays

5.00This tour was just wonderful. Our driver Georgie was lovely and explained everything so well. All 4 stops on the tour were fun and very interesting. Just the right amount of time in each place to enjoy the products and vibe. The breakfast at the Olive Oil Mill was great, the wines were stunning at the winery, the raki was really interesting with lots of generous samples... lunch at the local taverner was generous and delish! The pottery was so much fun! I would very highly recommend.

5.00Absolutely amazing day! Lots of food drink and Raki! Tour guides were really friendly and funny and made the whole day really enjoyable. The olive oil tour was informative, the wine tour was good too. The meal at the taverna was so tasty and authentic. Well worth the money! We were in a small group of just 6 of us and were a happy group together 😊

5.00This tour was even better than we imagined! The olive fields were beautiful and we we presented with a lovely array of breads, fruits and other snacks to compliment the olive oils. We then moved on to two distilleries, one wine and the other Reki. Both were a lovely experience and the hosts were very generous with the amounts we were offered! Our final stop was the pottery barn where a gentleman showed us how they make their pottery. We even got to have a go… although after the wine and raki (and complete lack of skill) it was harder than it looks! All in all a fantastic tour at a very reasonable price, would highly recommend. Our hosts were amazing and had us laughing the whole time, bravo!

5.00We had a wonderful tour with Antonis! The scenery throughout the tour was beautiful, the tour of the olive oil grove and production was interesting and informative (and the olive oil and cheese we tasted were fantastic), and the food winery visit and tasting were fantastic. I loved seeing (and trying) the traditional pottery making, and really enjoyed the little mountain town we visited. The food at the tiny tavern we visited was incredible—probably the best I’ve had in the week I’ve spent in Greece so far. Throughout it all, Antonis was kind, accommodating, warm, friendly, and very informative. I couldn’t have asked for anything more (besides better weather, though I know Crete is thrilled to have this rain!)

5.00Amazing day out with Antonis, super fun and knowledgeable! Visited the olive oil mill with tasters, winery, raki distillery, taverna and pottery studio - everyone we met was very welcoming and I would recommend to anyone trying to see this side of the island! Beyond all this the vistas are simply stunning!

5.00A wonderful day, highly recommend booking a tour though Cretan Vioma. Everything was so easy, from pick up, throughout the whole experience. We loved getting to visit places that aren't a usual spot, or places that you could necessarily pick out on your own. A truly catered tour, the weather was perfect, and Anthony was so kind and knowledgeable. We'd highly recommend booking any trips with Cretan Vioma. Anthony who was a great tour guide, and we were also lucky to have a very small group on the day we booked, which made it all so very personal.

5.00Incredible and lots of fun. Antonis was the perfect tour guide. This was the highlight of our trip to Crete. The wine was delicious and meeting the locals and seeing the whole Raki distilling process was fascinating. We ended with seeing a master Potter who put together an impressive vase in minutes. Antonis was really friendly and accommodating. Great times!!
