Had a great tour with guide Jesus and Captain Isaac. Great the way they do the tour together. Jesus talks nicely about the crocodiles and how they eat. And Isaac lures the crocodiles and feeds the crocodiles 😱. Pretty exciting. I even petted the tail of a crocodile ☺️. Also seen some beautiful birds. All in all a nice tour.

What an incredible adventure! Our crocodile tour with both of our guides, Isaac and Jesus, was absolutely unforgettable. I mean, how can you go wrong with Isaac and Jesus in your boat while crocodiles surround you? Both guides were phenomenal—knowledgeable, confident, and engaging throughout the tour. Isaac amazed us by hand-feeding several crocodiles, including a massive 17-foot crocodile. To be honest, it was a little scary when that giant swam right next to our boat clearly looking for food, but that just added to the excitement. We saw an incredible amount of wildlife during the tour: multiple crocodiles, birds, iguanas, and even the famous “Jesus Lizard” that actually walks on water. Isaac and Jesus made the experience fun, informative, and thrilling from start to finish. This was a truly memorable adventure and a highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for excitement, amazing wildlife, and outstanding guides, this tour is a must. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with José’s Crocodile Tour! The tour felt safe, well-organized, and truly authentic. Seeing the many species of birds and crocodiles up close was unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Costa Rica.” I also want to highlight the Pedro from the office staff, who was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond arranging our transportation around Jaco Beach and even to and from San José. Everything was seamless and stress-free.

Incredible experience even if it may seem very impressive considering the proximity to gigantic crocodiles. Our turn was with Jesus and Isaac and it was great. The explanations were interesting and punctuated by a few jokes. We have also always felt safe with them. The most impressive thing is when they feed chicken crocodiles by having their feet in the water less than a meter from them (I didn't put the videos, you'll see that with your eyes). We have seen in addition crocodiles, different birds and lizards Jesus Christ as well as the mangrove. I totally recommend this tour which was one of our best activities in Costa Rica!

This was a definite highlight of our trip! We felt like we were in a National Geographic episode with the amount of wildlife we saw. Our guide, Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and funny. We were on the edge of our seats as guides interactive with massive crocodiles. This is a must do when coming to Costa Rica!

Jesus and Captain Isaak led an amazing 2-hour tour on the Tárcoles River! We lucked out and were the only tourists in the boat that day, so we got a lot of personalized content including an up-close-and-personal video of the croc chomping down on chicken from the angle of the water—it was loco! Jesus was very knowledgeable of all the animals and plants on the river, and you could detect his passion for his job and interacting with people. It was $65/each including a private transfer to and from Jaco.

Experience to leave you breathless. Guides jesus and Isac explained and passed on their passion for these giants. The crocodiles seen so closely are an experience that you cannot miss if you visit Costa Rica!

The guide and captain were amazing. I agreed to this tour for my spouse and loved it. The birds were amazing and it’s lovely how the captain and guide whistled and the birds came-yes food was involved. The guide was knowledgeable and his English perfect. The captain was very brave to get the crocodiles close and jumping for food. I loved the tour.

Jose was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We came last minute without a reservation and he was able to fit us in. They took us up the river, they fed some crocodiles 🐊 and other wildlife. We had a great time and even got to see a beautiful sunset.

Honestly, the BEST of the Croc tours!!! We live here - we should know!! They simply bring out the most in viewing the Crocs, up close and personal. And our guide was knowlegable beyond the Crocs. He taught was about the eco systems, Costa Rica, and beyond. We would most definitely go again, and again!
