  Allan was our driver and he did a great job. It was a long windy trip to the drive thru volcano but it was worth seeing the sulfur springs. Had a great time!

  Derick was an awesome tour guide! He was very informative, stopped at some little out of the way stops and made our tour very memorable!

  Nice road trip to the volcano, in time to pick us up at the cruise. Drive walk through the volcano crater, mud bath and water falls. Made it back to the cruise ship in perfect time, very safe driver.

  I loved the drive from Castries to soufriere and the volcano. Derrick was a careful driver who was very well-informed and communicated clearly about St. Lucia. I had a lovely and relaxed day.

• A Train Wreck!

  We booked this "private tour" for a day. The driver never showed up at 9:00 am at the specified meeting place. After finally getting to communicate with the person that reserved the tour we were told the driver was on his way. He finally arrived at 9:30. At that point we went to get in the car. The driver had no excuse nor amy apology for being late. Homeatly he looked drugged or hung over. Then another group of 3 came to the vehicle and announced that it was supposed to be their "private tour"!! We let them have the driver and told the rep that showed up for the company to refund our money. We were then left to find a driver on our own and given the fact that we knew nobody on the island. We really expected a professional tour service given that Viator trusted this service with our well being. We will not be so trusting of Viator with our well being following this train wreck. And the fact that they allow that local service to double book a "private tour" is disturbing. They had told the other party to be at the same meeting place at 8:30!! So those people had waited for the same driver for over an hour! And the price of $250 for 2 people was a rip off... especially given that there was no air conditioner and it was a substandard demted vehicle that had a bad smell inside. And a doped driver. Shame on Viator for allowing this to happen !!!!!

  We had the time of our life! Mr Berance was an amazing tour guide. He made sure that we we saw everything we wanted and he went out of his way to make sure our day was beyond what we expected. During our tour he answered all of ur questions about St Lucia’s economy, every day life in st Lucia, towns we were in, and just general questions. He made many stops to make sure we got pictures of the sights. I cannot say enough good things about him and this tour. I would highly recommend this tour.

  Elegant Tours.. New Year’s Eve!! Travis arranged a beautiful evening for us. He picked us up in Anse la Raye and brought us to Castries Square. He arranged for flowers, witnesses and as an ordained minister he officiated over our 20th anniversary vow renewal. He then brought us to the Castries wharf where he arranged to have us taken out to the Pitons to witness the most amazing sunset.. He then took us to Fond Doux Plantation and Restaurant where we enjoyed an amazing dinner.. The evening wasn’t over yet.. He then took us back to the Wharf where he arranged to take us out to witness the Old Years fireworks at three different communities at the same time... just spectacular.. we didn’t even know this was possible... At the end of our evening Travis brought us back to Anse la Raye... and a friendship was born...
