1.00This tour did not go ahead and the provider did not contact us. When we arrived at the departure point, the notice board stated the tour had left 1 hour earlier. When we contacted the provider, they said it was cancelled and we needed to contact Viator. They distinctly gave the impression that they didn't care. When we contacted Viator they advised the provider had not contacted them, but that they would look into it. Four days later a refund was provided.

4.00Great cruise to see the harbor especially on a Saturday night. We had a perfect view of the fireworks. Dinner was upscale and above average.

1.00Cruise canceled. No communication. All booked customers waiting at the wharf, ready to board at 6:10. Someone came and told us it was cancelled at about 6:08. Apparently issues with boat but they should have texted/told us sooner. Really disappointing.
