  The crew welcomed everyone aboard. Food was great. Service was excellent and the view of the harbor was excellent. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

  If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars, I would! What a wonderful experience. On the surface, the weather was a little downer with cloudiness and rain, a little chilly on the temperature side, and no visualization of the sunset…..who knew that the weather changes that quickly in Sydney! Now for the silver lining and sunshine part of the trip. The food and drinks were excellent, the ship was spacious and clean, and the vibrant attitude and service provided was top notch. This particular crew and captain went above and beyond for my family and we deeply appreciated the effort. I was with my family—2 grandparents, me and my wife, and our 3 young adult kids. We were doing tours of Melbourne, Port Douglas, and Sydney as a vacation to visit our son doing a study abroad semester. This is important as the 6 of us were staying in a local hotel and travelled together to the harbor with our son staying in his school apartment. We had gone out during the morning to the Sydney Fish Market, Chinatown, and shopping for souvenirs in the morning and our son wanted an afternoon nap. Our departure time was 510pm and he set 4 alarms for 4………(am) on accident. At 450 he was still in bed, and at 510 was stuck in an Uber in traffic. The captain delayed departure for 20 min and then we had to depart. Our family was sad to have our son miss our last dinner before returning to the U.S. While seated at our table, the captain came to me to see if our son could make it to the dock in the next 15 minutes. The answer was yes and we were able to return to the dock and pick him up. I relayed the story to the other diners and our son received a standing ovation after being picked up. There is nothing better than this kind of customer support and appreciation of the circumstance. Hands down, this was our favorite memory of the 2 week stay in Australia. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Beautiful scenery of the Harbor and opera house. Great food and all you can drink alcohol. Everyone was very nice. I recommend it.

  The instructions to find the wharf and what time to be there were very clear. It is true they do not wait so make sure that you are a bit early. The views were fabulous, and the dinner and drinks were just as good. So far it has been about the best meal I’ve had in Sydney. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a all-inclusive dinner cruise.

  À fabulous evening on the harbour and all was really good with a small glitch on the Apple crumblee which was very chilled

  Disappointed because at this time of year, it was getting dark soon after we passed under the bridge. There was not much commentary on what we were seeing as we toured the harbour . Whilst waiting for dinner, there is nothing to see through the window in the darkness. Dinner seemed late as we were eating as we came back under the bridge, so we missed that. People were still eating when we docked

  What a great experience. Boat was great, staff wonderful, food delicious. Very professional. Nice size so you didn’t feel among a mass of diners.

  I cannot comment on the experience itself, as the event never took place. The communication, however, is horrible. I was on a 2 week vacation and this event was scheduled for the final evening. My wife and I got dressed up and walked to the venue only to find that there is no ship there. Viator customer service inforned me that 3 days previously the event was cancelled and I should have received an email. They could not tell me why I received a confirmation text just 3 hours earlier and also the day before that as well. Being that I was on vacation I am not one to spend time on email but the email intro was also very deceptive. The email did not come from Viator, which would have stood out, or from 'Sydney Harbour Cruise', rather it came from some anonymous sender that I easily scanned over. So why would Viator be sending confirmation texts days after the event was cancelled???

  Great ship. Very friendly crew. The food was great and the drinks included. The route passes the highlights, such as the Opera and Harbourbridge. Highly recommended.

  The staff and views were amazing! I would not recommend going solo as it is mostly couples and groups. The age group is also on the older end, but I was able to make some lovely connections. The food was delicious and the open bar was great!
