  Got to swim with a momma and baby manatee all by ourselves. Took us away from the crowds. Captain Chris and our guide Ryan were hysterical and informative making for a perfect day. Gave us plenty of recommendations on what to do with the rest of our day.

  Captain Chris and Ryan were the best guides we’ve ever had in any tour! They ensured we had very up close encounters with several manatees including a baby one. We got to spend as much time as we wanted with the manatees. They made sure we were in a secluded area without the masses of tourists. Wonderful day! better than we ever expected! Captain Chris & Ryan were highly entertaining!

  Captain Chris and Ryan (Pippi) our guide were amazingly fun along with taking us on the thrill of a lifetime. Face to face with a baby manatee and his mommy with NONE of the hundreds of tourist groups swimming in gangs at all the other locations. Seriously, it was their goal to not only give us a laugh a minute but to make sure that we had a private experience with these glorious creatures. The baby with his mommy were not to be believed! Ryan took over 100 photos for us to remember it always. Chris made sure we knew where the best sightings were and served us a manatee mocha to warm up after. We love this place and we will be back. Even the office is sparkling clean and helpful. Don’t make the mistake of choosing any other operator. Truly

  We had the absolute BEST time on our 6:30 am manatee tour with Giggles and Colt! Starting that early turned out to be such a gift — the water was calm, the sunrise was stunning, and the manatees were incredibly active. Giggles brought the perfect mix of knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine love for these gentle giants. You can tell she truly cares about the manatees and making sure everyone has a safe, respectful, and unforgettable experience. Colt was fantastic as well — friendly, patient, and always making sure we were comfortable. Within minutes of getting in the water, we were surrounded by curious, peaceful manatees. They glided right up to us, rolled beneath us, and even stopped to rest nearby. The early start meant fewer crowds and more intimate encounters, which made the whole experience feel personal and special. Everything was organized, professional, and relaxed all at once. We never felt rushed, and the crew made sure we understood how to interact responsibly so the manatees stayed safe and happy. If you’re considering a tour — book the 6:30 am trip. Trust me. And if you can go with Giggles and Colt, even better. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we’re still smiling about it.

  Gabby was our guide and Todd was our captain. Both were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about manatees and how to protect and admire them. Todd went out of his way to find us a spot that didn’t have so many people and found a mother and her calf who we stayed with the whole time.

  So much fun!! made sure we were not in huge crowds and kept us warm!! Big manatees. Todd is great captain and ryan was a great director!

  Highly recommend our boat captain Cole and our amazing guide/photographer Amanda. We chartered the boat for the 6 of us including a 5 and 6 year old. We had an amazing time with 2 manatees who loved to get up very close to us in a private cove for over an hour. We then cruised to see manatees from the boat in the very busy canal. The children loved (ok, we all loved) seeing a cow and calf. That same evening, we were sent lots of photos and videos of our fantastic adventure.

  Look no further!! Take a tour with this company!! Five of us friends, who are staying in Crystal River for a few days, went on a boat ride/Manatee adventure this morning and were not disappointed!! The boat has zip up eisenglass windows and two heaters. So comfy and cozy if you are getting in and out of the water. The boat could accommodate six , but we 5 were the only passengers. So nice being on a smaller boat that can have heaters.... The larger boats can't have heaters, I've heard... Our guide Colt was very knowledgeable about the area and especially about the Manatee. We saw tons of Manatee. They also give you complimentary , hot chocolate , tea and coffee. Can't recommend this company enough.... I would give them ten stars instead of five if possible😁

  AMAZING. Better than I could have imagined! There were hundreds of manatees swimming around us, despite having multiple different other tour groups, our mermaid guide, Amanda, knew how to weave us through to have space with the manatees to ourselves. Amanda was knowledgeable about the manatees and knew where to take us. She gave us the BEST experience! 11/10 would recommend. Ideal for people who love animals but are willing to follow rules and are comfortable in the water :) We did have our own go pro but it was worth it to include the photo package as Amanda got some great pics of us with the manatees!

  Jay and Captain Tom were awesome! They made sure we were comfortable and despite the weather they put us on some good spots. Highly recommend them.
