Departure from San Juan to Ceiba Ferry Terminal Your adventure begins with pickup in San Juan. We will send your exact pickup time and location details one day prior to your tour via text message. After completing the final pickup, our shuttle will depart for the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at: 6:45 AM (Monday – Friday reservations) 5:45 AM (Saturday & Sunday reservations) The drive from San Juan to Ceiba takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. Important: The shuttle will wait no more than 5 minutes at each pickup location. If you are not ready on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Please be ready and outside at your designated pickup spot to ensure a smooth departure.
Ferry Check-In & Boarding Information Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, our team will assist you with the check-in and boarding process. Important: All guests must check in 1 hour prior to the scheduled ferry departure time at both Ceiba and Culebra ferry terminals. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and are non-refundable. Ceiba Ferry Terminal Monday – Friday: Check-in at 8:00 AM for 9:00 AM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 7:00 AM for 8:00 AM departure Culebra Ferry Terminal (Return) Monday – Friday: Check-in at 4:30 PM for 5:30 PM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 3:00 PM for 4:00 PM departure Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

5.00I had an amazing experience. I accidentally booked the wrong date initially and they responded with my request to switch dates promptly. The driver Neytan was very nice and an excellent driver. Flamenco beach in Culebra was amazing!! 10/10 would book again.

5.00Didn’t use the shuttle from San Juan. Was running late and about to miss the ferry. But they took extra care in reaching out and making sure we get on the ferry,

4.00rough waters , rain showers. have to stay seated on 1 boat but can walk around on another . inconsistent rules. its an experience. adventure. not terrible , but a long process. flying is an option for $20 more . . .but possibly MORE bumpy.
Best day ever on the island. Would love to go back again

5.00Bring a jacket the ferry gets cold after a hot day on the beach. Great day all and all. Make sure you get the chicken wings at flamingo beach.

5.00We were looking for an easy way to get to the ferry and not going through the hassle of getting our tickets. They did what they promised and got us there and back without any stress. Just a couple of tips, the day is shorter than what you think, plan ahead. A recommendation for the tour, maybe send the links for activities a couple of days earlier to get the day planned with enough time.

4.00I enjoyed the very trip back and forth from the islands. Most similar ferrys we've been on around the world have a bar and place for snacks. I was disappointed that nothing was offered here.
