Departure from San Juan to Ceiba Ferry Terminal Your adventure begins with pickup in San Juan. We will send your exact pickup time and location details one day prior to your tour via text message. After completing the final pickup, our shuttle will depart for the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at: 6:45 AM (Monday – Friday reservations) 5:45 AM (Saturday & Sunday reservations) The drive from San Juan to Ceiba takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. Important: The shuttle will wait no more than 5 minutes at each pickup location. If you are not ready on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Please be ready and outside at your designated pickup spot to ensure a smooth departure.
Ferry Check-In & Boarding Information Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, our team will assist you with the check-in and boarding process. Important: All guests must check in 1 hour prior to the scheduled ferry departure time at both Ceiba and Culebra ferry terminals. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and are non-refundable. Ceiba Ferry Terminal Monday – Friday: Check-in at 8:00 AM for 9:00 AM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 7:00 AM for 8:00 AM departure Culebra Ferry Terminal (Return) Monday – Friday: Check-in at 4:30 PM for 5:30 PM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 3:00 PM for 4:00 PM departure Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

5.00Our experience with our driver Tito and this company was great. They arrived on site to our pickup place, got us all on board and we headed to the ferry. Very smooth process. The ride wasn’t too long. We arrived to the ferry terminal in great time. Tito gave us our ferry tickets, told us he’d be there when we got back, and we were on our way. Culebra was beautiful. It was worth it to see. And once we got back to the mainland, Tito was there just like he said he’d be. Couldn’t recommend this more!

1.00Extremely frustrating they canceled the tour 5 minutes before the pick up time due to the shuttle bus “not turning on”. I had to Uber to the pick up location and back so I wasted money on that too.

5.00I had an amazing experience. I accidentally booked the wrong date initially and they responded with my request to switch dates promptly. The driver Neytan was very nice and an excellent driver. Flamenco beach in Culebra was amazing!! 10/10 would book again.
