  The tour began with my husband and I being squeezed into the back 2 seats of a small SUV. Beware if there are more than 3 people on your tour you will be uncomfortable and unable to see much of anything. The tour is not scenic but rather a driving nightmare taking you to the various “towns”. The food is nothing special with one stop just being ice cream you could get anywhere. Way over priced for the actual experience. Very disappointing and left us with a bad Barbados experience.

  This tour was very educational and all the food was delicious! Be prepared for full servings and eat till you can’t anymore! My tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable!

  I was greeted at the hotel by TAMARA with her smile and immediate warmth. As I entered the vehicle,ALAN, the driver, was also very pleasant. Both tour guides were accommodating and knowledgeable. We visited wonderful towns in Barbados and were given opportunities to take photos and entice our palates with culinary delights. Beverages were also provided during the ride which was smooth, comfortable and entertaining. I have experienced various tours in Barbados, and this one is the best thus far. The tour guides are exceptional and assets to the Lickrish Food Tour company. I highly recommend this tour for both tourists and returning nationals.

  The food tour was absolutely amazing. Shari was an awesome tour guide for the day. We started the day with a hug and ended it that way too. Shari was so patient and kind. She made sure she provided details on each location we were at to better understand the Barbados culture and each dish we ate. The food stops were magnificent. All of the dishes were so well seasoned.and who knew chicken quesadillas for breakfast should be the norm. Shari even made sure I had a special ice cream treat to celebrate my birthday. I recommend anyone visiting the island to take this tour for the culture and cuisine. And if you are lucky enough to get Shari you will not be disappointed.

  This was our first time to Barbados. I like tours because you can learn about the history and food at the same time. Searnia with Lickrish Food Tours was great. She is a "history buff" of the island and can answer all of your questions. We enjoyed local food and drinks that you can't find in a tourist restaurant. You will not be disappointed, Regards, M & M

  My son and I decided on this 4 town food and drink tour and boy this LickRish Tour and Searnia didn’t disappoint! Searnia knowledge of history and culture was so insightful and inspiring!   We had an AWESOME experience with Searnia. She took us to 4 of the parishes and really spent time educating us on the history and heritage of the island. We started the tour at a really nice sanctuary and had an amazing wrap, then from there we literally went “round the town” stopping and eating along the way! Don’t want to describe the entire use it is such a fun thing to experience for the first time. We have been to Barbados 10+ times but this was truly a one of a kind experience that was due all in part to Searnia. She was so passionate about Barbados and it was so fun hearing her explain everything from the way the buildings that we were passing to the food that we were eating! If you want to have a one of a kind experience ask for Searnia!! You are driven around for the most part so you don’t need to worry about walking too much, there are bathrooms along the way during your stops and there are drinks provided as well so you are definitely well taken care of! Also be sure to come hungry because you will be well fed! Overall a 10/10 experience and will 100% do this tour again when we return! Thanks for the great experience Searnia!!!
