Enjoy our maximum private adventure: Sightseeing, sailing, snorkeling and relaxing in ultimate serenity on the all-inclusive tour of a lifetime! You'll be greeted in the Seru Boca Marina - at the gated area of the old Santa Barbara Plantation, here you'll step aboard our comfortable 48ft sailing yacht, Galaxie. Your adventure starts as we motor upwind for about 30 minutes, navigating through the serene Spanish Waters, a large natural lagoon with the only opening to sea along the Santa Barbara Beach. From here you will sail upwinds in another 30 minutes through the Caribbean Sea and reach the beauty of Fuik Bay.
Santa Barbara Beach
After slowly cruising through the large lagoon of the Spanish Waters you'll pass Santa Barbara Beach, nowadays the home of Sandals Resort and the base of the famous Old Quarry Golf Course. From here we set sail to the Caribbean Sea for another 30 minutes before we reach the beauty of Fuik Bay.

5.00Wonderful experience! Norbert and Hilde are the best hosts! Beautiful boat, amazing food, all the supplies you’ll need for a great day. Waves were a bit rough for a portion of the trip but Norbert is a seasoned sailor and managed the waves with patience and tact. We would book again!

5.00We had a wonderful time on the boat yesterday. The hose are absolutely amazing. We felt like we made new friends. It is a super beautiful, low-key and extra fun experience. We enjoyed the sailing, wonderful food, and drink, and most, especially the snorkeling. If you are a group of 426 and one a private and absolutely relaxing experience, this is it.

5.00We had the most incredible sailing experience with Maxie Sailing in Curaçao. From the moment we stepped on the boat, the captain and co-captain made us feel completely taken care of. They truly thought of everything and catered to every little detail so we could just relax and enjoy the day. There were five of us and we booked a half-day trip, which honestly flew by way too quickly. If I could do it again, I would absolutely book a longer sail. Being out on the water, watching the coastline, and feeling the wind in the sails was unforgettable. The food was fantastic, the drinks were flowing, and the entire experience felt effortless and fun. The crew created such a relaxed atmosphere that it felt like sailing with friends who happen to know exactly how to give you the perfect day on the water. If you’re visiting Curaçao, I cannot recommend Maxie Sailing enough. It was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and I’m already wishing we had booked a full day.

5.00Hilde and Norbert were simply the best! It was a great day sailing with them. They had everything that we needed. The food was absolutely amazing! They thought of everything and took such great care of us. And on top of all that, they were such wonderful people to meet!

5.00We had a wonderful half day cruise. Hilde and Norbert were excellent hosts. We had a very peaceful time.No loud music or rowdy company. The views were beautiful. Then we were given a very tasty Tapas type lunch. All in all Perfect. Thank you again Hilde and Norbert.

From the breathtaking views, beautiful boat, and unbelievably delicious homemade snacks, this adventure was outstanding from start to finish! We will always schedule this tour every time we visit!

5.00When we booked this sailing excursion, we did not know what to expect. Neither my wife or I are avid sailors. We were searching for a relaxed environment to break away from our resort and enjoy the ocean and some swimming. This trip was fantastic!

From the ease of I tail communication and coordination to the outstanding lunch that was provided to the hospitality of our gracious hosts, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hilde and Norbert were welcoming and knowledgeable with just the right level of involvement with their guests. It really was like taking a trip on a friends lovely boat. Oh, and they have great taste in wine too!!

5.00When visiting Curacao please do not hesitate to book with Maxie Sailing! My family of 5 had a wonderful adventure on the boat that was also very relaxing for those that prefer to just lay back and enjoy the scenery! The food was DELICIOUS! My picky eating kids enjoyed every last bite, so fresh and perfect. Curacao is a beautiful island and this excursion was a lovely addition to our stay! Highly recommend!
