5.00Our airport to hotel transfer was seamless and pleasant. Our driver Huy met us in the terminal and communicated about the journey etc. He also provided water for us which was great as it was super humid. All positive with our experience

5.00We booked our taxi to the airport and Mr. Huy (taxi driver) was really cooperative and also waited in the lobby for 20 mins while we did check out formalities. Very patient and humble guy.

5.00We booked their transportation service for 3 days. Day 1: Da Nang airport to our hotel in Hoi An; Day 2: From hotel in Hoi An to My Son Sanctuary then to our hotel in Da Nang; Day 3: From hotel in Da Nang to Son Tra Peninsula then stopped for lunch and continued to Marble Mountain. We got 3 different drivers on 3 days. Everything went smoothly except there was a small hiccup on Day 2. We didn't see our driver at the scheduled time. I asked hotel staff to call the travel company and was told that there was no such booking. After like 15 minutes or so I received some new WhatsApp messages informing me that the driver was on the way. So we ended up starting our journey 20 minutes later than scheduled. All drivers are very nice and helpful. Especially, the driver Long, he reached out to me 2 hours ahead of scheduled time and said he's our driver for that day. He arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled time. He gave us bottled water after we finished touring Son Tra Peninsula as we melted. Very thoughtful of him. Overall, we are happy with their service! Prices are reasonable as well.
