3.00The trip overall was really nice! Hoi An is absolutely beautiful—especially at night when the lanterns light up the whole town. It’s such a magical vibe and definitely a highlight of the trip. The coconut forest experience was fun and something different, but the day did have a few downsides. Unfortunately, there was a group traveling with us who were late to every meeting point, which affected the flow of the tour. It got frustrating at times, and one of the ladies in our group even decided to cancel the rest of her tour because of it. I also mentioned to the guide that I don’t eat seafood, but at dinner, almost everything served was seafood. They did provide vegetable spring rolls (which were nice), but the rest of the meal included prawns, fish with rice, and even the salad had prawns. Dessert was just a banana, which felt a bit underwhelming. That said, Ron, our tour guide, was amazing—super friendly and very knowledgeable about Vietnam and its history. He really added to the experience, and I would definitely recommend him. Overall, the destinations themselves were beautiful and worth visiting, but the organization and food experience could definitely be improved.

5.00Very fun, informative, and a great cultural experience. Our guide Khanh was polite and professional. We enjoyed riding the basket boats in the rivers and releasing the flower lanterns. Only suggestion is at dinner, we weren’t given an option on what to eat. The restaurant was pre selected as was the meal. Overall though, it was a wonderful time!

5.00We enjoyed very much this day trip to Coconut Village and Hoi An ancient town. We would like to say a big thank you to Thanh for all information and trip & tricks provided durind the day, for beautiful places and excelent vietnameze food. The services were amazing, as well.

5.00It was great. Value for money!! Tour guide Hana was very kind and helpful and friendly. Bus was very clean and comfortable. Tour was also included dinner. They said light dinner but it was very good and a lot. We couldn’t finished the dinner meal. Highly recommended!!!!

4.00It was a very good experience. Our tour guy Mr Phu was very informative. Really enjoyed the basket boat ride. We were given 1.5 hour to do shopping at Hoi An night market. For those who like to spend more time on shopping, you might want to come back again after the tour on your own by Grab. You can bargain at Hoi An night market. Overall was good experience.

5.00Had an amazing tour Lucy went above and beyond to assist us with a great experience.Would highly recommend .The coconut boats were definitely worth it .Hoi Ann was an amazing little town ,the silk factory was worth a look very interesting.Having free time to shop and taste the salt coffee was fun .Then the lantern boat ride was must a pretty experience then the traditional meal at the end was extremely yummy

5.00Viet from VM travels was an exceptional host, very accommodating to the needs of my aging parents. The icing on the cake was good immense knowledge of the culture, heritage and history of Vietnam; as well as his willingness to answer inquisitive questions. Will highly recommend for families, or travellers who'd like to outsource planning and operations of a tour.
