After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your transfer details, and our team will contact you one day in advance via WhatsApp or email to reconfirm your pickup time and location. On the day of travel, your professional driver will meet you at your hotel lobby or designated pickup point in Da Nang or Hoi An. You will then travel comfortably in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to Hoi An Ancient Town (or Da Nang for the return trip), enjoying a smooth and direct journey without unnecessary stops. Upon arrival, the driver will drop you off at your requested location and wait according to your agreed schedule, allowing you to explore at your own pace. 5.00The driver arrived in time and was very safe in the traffic - we organised a pick up location a few hours later and when we got there another driver was there but seemed a little vague I was able to contact the agent who was really helpful and efficient,she told me not to get that taxi and organised very quickly ( minutes) another car for us with a picture of the car It was very reassuringly .

5.00Highly recommended this company for Da Nang airport transfers and private car services. They have English speaking drivers, very attentive and helpful, the cars/van are clean and comfortable. We booked 3 times of private car services which are airport transfer, Da Nang to and back Hoi An. Their price is lower than getting a GRAB car. Mr Thanh was very helpful on all the arrangements and communication by WhatsApp. Mr Binh was our 6-seater car driver from Da Nang Hotel to Hoi An. He was very punctual and very kind to attend on our request to stop by the famous Madam Khanh (Queen of Banh Mi) before drop us off at Bay Mau Coconut Forest. My parents was so happy that we got a 15-seater private van on our way back to Da Nang, even though there are only 5 of us. Will surely recommend GO TRAVEL DA NANG to my family & friends !

5.00I needed a ride from Da Nang Airport to Hoi An. The van was nice, with a safe driver who was very helpful to give me valuable informstion for my Hoi An visit. The ride was very pleasant and without sny delays. I was very happy with the service and had no hesitation to book the return trip agsin. Also i plan to use this company for a Ba Na trip weather permitting
