  We were there to take a hike. Arrived after an hour's drive. We could do the hike of 3 km, the other would not go in t time frame because we were not allowed to do this alone. I asked for the wifi but they were only for guests (she too, just paid for a hike- 250 rand) asked if we could maybe have lunch after the hike- no also that was only for the guests. Then we started the hike, there was really 1 sign, at the beginning and then nothing.. the grass high, no paths. After walking several options and not finding a sign anywhere, we decided to go back after about 10 min. and asked for our money back. They looked at us like we were crazy. The three of us were behind the counter. Were really terribly arrogant. Hospitality 0.0 .

  I received no communication that I was the only person who signed up. Nor was I told if I was the only person, that there would be no guide. I get to the park and my driver is confused about the setup, the park ranger has no idea about any guided hiking I show up and there’s no guide, no explanation, just told I can buy my pass as the visitor desk and go on the hike alone. And now I’m being told there’s no refund even though the only thing I received from the description was my hotel pickup
