1.00It's not totally the company's fault, but there was a confusion with Viator about canceling my tour and unfortunately that allerted me to not go, so I lost money on the tour and the company is not refunding it.

5.00GREAT tour of the city! Isaac was the best guide- he knows a lot about the city and JFK assassination. The cruizer (6 person golf cart) was a lot of fun and a great way to explore. Easy to get off and on for photo ops- of which there were quite a few. Isaac was kind enough to take photos for us as well. Learned a lot about the city and JFK's assassination- some things we did not know- very informative. I feel like we saw many great highlights of the city and got a good feel for history, current places, restaurants etc. Loved being on the gold cart and it was fun to stop at the places where we were able to get off of the cart for a few minutes. Very helpful to have a restroom break as well. I would highly recommend this tour.
