From hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An, drive to MARBLE MOUNTAIN to explore huge natural caves used by VC soldiers as hiding places & hospital in Vietnam War. Take in the views of river, ocean & islands. Admire the rustic beauty of old statues, historical pagodas, and Buddhist temples. See amazing sculptures in a 500-year-old marble carving village.
We then drive along Da Nang coast to MONKEY MOUNTAIN (Also known as Son Tra peninsula). From the high points, you'll take in amazing views of Da Nang city, Pacific Ocean, Cham islands, endless beaches, hundreds of fishing boats... Visit the giant Lady Buddha Statue, she smiles upon the fishing village. Walking in the gardens of beautiful flowers and bonsai trees. You'll see common Macaque monkeys... IF LUCKY, you'll see the rare & endangered colorful Langur monkeys.
You can choose Morning or Afternoon tour, With or Without a Meal at different Prices & Durations.

The Marble Mountains
Pickup from hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang, drive to Marble Mountain (in Da Nang), discover the stunning Âm Phủ cave inside Marble Mountain with your local guide to learn how Vietnamese soldiers used to hide and fight in the wars. The cave was also a secret hospital to save wounded soldiers. Walk 150 steps or take the elevator to the peak of Marble Mountain. A knowledgeable guide will show you the best highlights so you don't have to spend too much energy but still see the hidden beauty that most people miss. You will admire the rustic charms of historical pagodas, Buddhist statues, and shrines, which are a few centuries old. Local believers and monks pray here often. You will learn interesting local beliefs and Buddhism.
The Marble Mountains
Continue to explore Marble Mountain, and enjoy the river views and ocean breeze at various points. Visit the huge Heaven Cave, you will take in the beauty of natural limestone formations. Take pictures with rustic statues of Lady Buddha, Happy Buddha... Visit the 500-year-old Carving Village to see amazing marble sculptures made by local people at the foot of Marble Mountain.

Quynh, our tour guide, was phenomenal, always happy to answer my questions about the places we visited, including Marble Mountain, Monkey Mountain, and the various pagodas, monuments, and viewpoints. A shoutout as well to our jeep driver, who got us around safely in proper US jeep style—same age as me, which made it even more fun. If you want an excellent, informative, and enjoyable tour, choose Quynh! 😄

5.00Quynh was an amazing tour guide — 100% recommend her! She was informative, lovely to talk to, and really took the time to explain everything. I found the whole experience so enjoyable and would definitely do it again. We started at 7am, which I highly recommend because of the heat. We got to travel in an army jeep and then switched to a normal car for Marble Mountain — both were fantastic experiences, and both drivers (Phu and Tam) were lovely. They also made sure we stayed hydrated throughout the day, which was really appreciated in the heat.

5.00This experience was absolutely amazing and worth every penny ! Thanh, Tam, and Phu were wonderful ! They took such great care of us and had such wonderful knowledge to share ! I learned so much and saw such wonderful sights !! The jeep ride was so much fun and seeing the monkeys was a highlight ! Definitely recommend to everyone !

5.00We had an amazing experience with our tour guides Thanh, Tam, and Phu! They were all incredibly friendly, informative, and always ready to help, making the entire trip smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Not only did they share great insights and local knowledge, but they also went the extra mile by taking fantastic pictures for us—which was such a great bonus! Their positive energy and professionalism really stood out. We highly recommend all three of them and would absolutely do this tour again. Next time, we’re bringing friends and family along to enjoy it too!

5.00Tour with Kha was excellent. On time pickup. Clean car. Ride in the jeep was a great experience. Stops to see the monkeys was great for everyone but especially for our kids.
