This tour is unique because guests get to spend most of the day touring the major sites on the Leeward side of the beautiful island of St. Vincent. The highlights of this tour begin with Fort Charlotte, Botanical Gardens, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dark View Falls, and finally, everyone can relax at Buccament Beach. At times we will visit the Botanical Gardens last before returning guests to their destination.

A minimum of four participants is required for this group tour to proceed; otherwise, the private tour rate will apply.

Fort Charlotte

Fort Charlotte is a British-colonial era fort, built on a hill, showing a beautiful view of the Kingstown Harbour, in Saint Vincent. This Fort stands at 601 feet above the sea level, it is the major early 19th century fortification in Saint Vincent. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Leeward side of the island, including Kingstown, Young Island, the Caribbean, Bequia and the Grenadines.

Dark View Falls

The Dark View Falls are two spectacular waterfalls, one above the other, cascading down high cliff faces and plunging into natural pools. There is a short and easy hike to the falls through rainforest and across the Richmond River via either a bamboo bridge or conventional bridge. You pass through a clearing in the middle of a pretty bamboo grove before reaching the first tall waterfall. Another short, but more difficult walk will take you up to the second waterfall, directly above the first. The waterfalls flow all year from a tributary of the Richmond River.

We booked the tour through TripAdvisor. The communication with tour operators was extremely excellent. They texted me shortly after the booking with the details and adjusted the tour to our schedule as we arrived earlier on the ferry from Bequia. The tour guide was very helpful, experienced, and what was most important, he was the very good driver! The falls were incredibly beautiful! Pack a towel if you are planning to swim. Highly recommend visiting and booking the tour with that company!

A great tour of the falls & well worth the drive. Scenery is beautiful. We were late arriving back at our meeting point which was stressful as we had a driver waiting for us for over a half hour

Our guide, Oistin, took us to the waterfalls of this lovely destination. During the excursion, he shared a lot of information about the island. Oistin's knowledge and enthusiasm were evident as he patiently answered all our questions. The day was made even more memorable by the delightful company of two fellow travel enthusiasts. This guided tour comes highly recommended for those seeking an enriching and enjoyable exploration of this incredible place!

The Driver was showing and explaining us as a local Guide everthing about St. Vincent. The Dark Falls were great and the stops also just Buccament Bay was not that nice, because everything was closed or under construction and this won‘t change until the beginning of 2024.

If this was titled a Private Taxi rather than an Island Tour, I would give it a 5 star rating. Our driver gave commentary for the first 5 minutes of the trip and then gave little to none for the rest of it. There was also an issue with the bus that got resolved within 30 minutes, but left us stranded for awhile on the side of the road. If you are looking for transport to go and see different sites in St. Vincent, this is the tour for you. If you are looking to hear about local history and culture as you visit different sites, you will be disappointed.

Greta kufy ( sorry If I spelled it wrong ) is one the best tour guides you can have on this trip. Even though the pirates of the Caribbean tour was very underwhelming. The dark view waterfall was beautiful and relaxing! I came on this trip to research my Garifuna heritage, and Greta was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that she was my go to tour guide throughout the whole trip! I highly recommend checking out the waterfall and having her as your tour guide.
