Stop 2 - Crocosaurus Cove (bus bay at the corner of Mitchell and Peel Streets)
Stop 3 - Doctor’s Gully, Aquascene Fish Feeding (between the corner of Daly St and Catalina Apartments next to the car wash and 40 km speed limit sign)
Stop 4 - Cullen Bay Jetty (Bus bay outside Ferry Terminal)
Stop 5 - Cullen Bay Apartments, Myilly Point Heritage Precinct (request stop only)
Stop 6 - Casino, Mindil Markets, Botanical Gardens (Near Tennis Courts)
Stop 7 - Museum and Art Gallery of Northern Territory (bus stop outside museum entrance)
Stop 8 - Military Museum (AFTERNOONS ONLY - bus stop outside museum)
Stop 9 - Parap (request stop only, near corner of Freer Street)
Stop 10 - Stokes Hill Wharf (on the wharf, bus bay outside Darwin Tourist Facility building)

1.00The experience as a whole was very disappointing, poorly organised and overpriced in value for money. The buses could not accommodate all passengers leaving some to stand in the heat for unacceptable amounts of time. We waited 40 minutes at the museum for a bus only to find it very full with only seats available without shelter in the hot sun. There were several stops where passengers could not get on making them wait for the next bus (if they they can get on) … we wasted several hours of our day waiting for buses and only being in Darwin from 8 till 4pm made this experience a disappointment. Don’t waste your money a taxi would have been cheaper.. I wouldn’t give it one star but I had to.

1.00.When I explained that I wouldn’t be there well within the grace period I was ignored. They changed the date. Three times I tried. Finally responded, I am supposed to get money back, we’ll see.

5.00Be flexible in the order you would like to do things. Sometimes a venue may have tech issues - such was my experience with the RFDS experience. They were unable to allow visitors in the morning and so I returned later in the afternoon. Also be mindful of 'last entry' times for venues. A great experience with a really insightful commentary to broaden knowledge of Darwin. Be open to doing multiple laps. Hearing the commentary more than once reinforces it. Definitely recommend the experience!!
Only travel means for two day trip.

5.00Good introduction to Darwin and overview of the city. I bought a 48-hour pass, but got approval from staff on site to use the second day on Tuesday as the bus does not operate on Sundays and I had another tour booked for Monday. Overall pleasant experience and practical way of getting around the town.
You Don't need to Stop at every Stop.

5.00You certainly don't need to stop at every stop. We did a quick trip around on the bus first and picked what we would like to look at which was great as the stops that were important to us took a while to get around. The Hop on Hop off bus was a quick and easy way to see from one side of Darwin to the other.
