  5 stars isn’t enough for Heba! Amazing does not even begin to describe her knowledge, organization, friendliness and engagement. We did two day trips; Coptic Cairo and Giza (with a few other things thrown in). We provided a list of things we wanted to see and Heba and the company tailored our itinerary to match. Heba’s knowledge is nothing short of incredible. She was able to find something of interest for every person in our group and even make some ‘on the fly’ adjustments based on our interest. Our visit could not have been more perfect, and the main reason was because of Heba! If you are going to Cairo, you need to reach out to her!!

  I could write an essay about the excellent service we received from Egypt Tailor Made Tours. We hired them to build a 12 day itinerary that included most of the main sites and a 5 day cruise and tour of Nubian Village. We definitely recommend them and will use them again ourselves. I need to give highest regards to the owner Mr Fathy and his team for the attention to detail as I planned this special trip for my husband's milestone birthday. Ms Naglaa was in charge of communications and edits to the trip and she was excellent throughout the entire trip, even checking in with us just to make sure we were happy and when something was slightly off, she fixed it without delay... to the point of impressing us with the outcome. As for our Cario Egyptologist Sabry [Sabree]... we wanted him to say with us for our entire trip from Cario to Luxor and Aswan. His attention to personalities and interests was impeccable (or perhaps we simply connected as fellow humans with similar interests). He could read when we were excited or getting too much detail. He sensed when we were curious for more detail and simply had a conversation to encourage our understanding. Sabry is an easy going soul who is doing something he loves and it shows. I'm sure the company has other great Egyptologists but request Sabry if you are looking for an experienced humble family man who goes out of his way to keep you engaged and takes some pretty cool pictures (without suggesting for a tip each time - more on that later) We had two drivers (Shabaan in Cario and Kareem in Luxor & Aswan). Both were professional, polite, calm in city traffic while we had our foot on our imaginary brakes 🤣 (be prepared for no road rules and risky driving along with pedestrians taking a chance on life to cross the road!) In fact, Kareem got out of his vehicle to help us cross the road on a couple occasions. Best part of our trip (other than seeing the great Pyramids and temples) was the Nile Cruise. Prepare yourself for a high level of vendor pressure to buy their wares. But be considerate that the economy is tough and Tourism is a large segment of their income. Also, know that you should budget for tipping everywhere & everyone... that's how they make up for the low wages. The trip itself was amazing and we plan to go back as a family group next year. • 2 day Cairo Tour with Excellent Guide

  Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) traveled to Cairo from Jordan. Egypt Tailor Made went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. We were blessed to have Laila as a guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and flexible. She was very engaging with our teenagers and knew when we needed a break. We toured Memphis, Saqqara and the Giza pyramids the first day; and The Egyptian Museum, a felucca ride on the Nile, Coptic Cairo and the market on the second. Cairo can be an intimidating city for first time visitors and we would highly recommend trusting your trip to this excellent tour company. We felt safe and secure throughout our visit. A representative was waiting for us to help us upon arrival at the airport and the communication prior to arrival was exact. It was July so it was expectedly hot but doable. Lastly, request Laila as a guide. You will not be disappointed!

  We did 2 day tours with Ali and Ahmet and they were amazing. Ahmet made us feel very safe and explained things thoroughly, made sure vendors at the bazaar didn’t take advantage of us. Even got us some local cuisine that was delicious. We never felt rushed and he accommodated last minute changes very well. We loved our time there and would definitely recommend this agency. They were also amazing in getting us at the airport and walking us through passport control!

  We had a great day out in the Coptic quarter of Cairo and the NMEC. Lalila, our tour guide, did a fantastic job providing us with a lot of background and details brought across with passion and joy. A very recommendable tour and fun day out with an excellent guide. Looking forward to more tours together.

  Heba Amer is an informative guide, great photographer and patient companion. The tour was well organized. I asked to add Coptic Museum to our itinerary and they gave us free time to do it. The driver Shaaaban is courteous, his car is new and clean. He navigated the busy and crowded streets safely. Shukran!

  Thanks so much Egypt tailor made tours and specifically Laila for making our trip to the pyramids one in a lifetime best experience. Laila was super knowledgable and spoke English proficiently so we were able to follow all the amazing history and even current events in Egypt. She took fantastic pictures of us and took good care of us throughout our tour making sure we are satisfied and have everything we need to have a pleasant experience. Thanks again for a great day

  This is our first visit to Egypt, and we were not sure what level of service to expect. Egypt Tailor Made Tours made our experience so outstanding that we immediately at the end of this tour arranged another the next day to see additional sites, including the Coptic Museum, which should not be missed. Both Walid Fathy, the owner, and Omar Naguib, the operations manager, personally communicated with us and went out of their way to make sure that every aspect of our two days were perfect. To make it even better, Mrs. Heba was assigned as our english-speaking tour guide. She was informative, easy to understand and accommodated every request we made, whether it was a part of the formal tour itinerary or not. When one museum closed early and unexpectedly without notice, Omar offered to provide a complimentary tour the next day. Finally, for any Christian who is interested in the Holy Family's time in Egypt, this is a tour you want to take.

  I would like add special thanks and appreciation to my guide, Heba, and driver, Abdullah. They were both very patient and accommodating when I requested to stop at the Coptic Christian Museum as we passed by. It wasn't on the list of places to visit but I was graciously indulged by the both of them. Heba was a real pleasure to spend the day with as I felt like I was with a knowledgable friend rather than clinical spouter of dry information. I didn't just learn about history but about the real Egypt of today too. Abdullah was an excellent driver and very pleasant. I highly recommend this tour.
