Dress warmly. Bring a snack. Bring hat and gloves and 1 franc to use the restroom at a stop! Have fun!

Wonderful guide who went out of his way to make us comfortable and safe. Tour company should be more precise about meeting place. Directions were vague and added stress to the beginning of the trip. The exit of metro Lausanne Vennes is right next to a hotel. Mentioning this detail would certainly help.

Amazing place- a must see. Guide & transportation were very good. Enough time everywhere. Had lunch in Zermatt- very charming.

Disappointing because we could only on a Sunday day and we were told that they did not make that trip on a Sunday, so we missed making that trip

Great trip! Our guide Babes was wonderful and made the trip amazing! He was informative, flexible and kind. Wonderful group of travel companions, who we now call friends. Worth every penny!!

Our tour guide David was superb!! He explained many details, made my wife feel comfortable and safe on her first ever cable car journey, and helped guide us thru the ice caves.

Our driver helped us every step of the way. He went above and beyond escorting the group to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and made sure that everyone was comfortable meeting back at the end point for our departure. Zermatt was stunning. Zermatt was full of cafes, restaurants and little boutiques. Everyone speaks German but also understands English, which was helpful. The view of Matterhorn was breathtaking. We were very lucky and had a clear day for viewing. They do not allow cars into Zermatt, so we needed to be shuttled in from Tasch and then we split up our group and took taxis to the base. Round trip to the peak, Glacier Paradise and the ice caves allow yourself at least 4 hrs. The gondola itself takes about 40-45 minutes each way. I would highly recommend this trip. It was the best part of my trip to SWITZERLAND!!!

The trip was amazing, but did NOT include the Glacier Palace as part of the tour, despite this being part of the name of the tour AND an item listed as "included". The lift ticket that includes the Glacier Palace costs an additional 120 Swiss Francs. That was a big surprise for all 12 people on the tour.
