Stunning! Wonderful place to enjoy floral , fauna and have a leisurely stroll. The ferry ride is relaxing and provides a beautiful view from the lake.

Entrance: €26.50 per person at the terminal Parking: 6€ for around 4 hours Flower Island is very well maintained and the butterfly greenhouse is well done On the island possibility of eating on site (tourist prices) Playgrounds for children Some animals for the pleasure of little darlings Dog allowed but attached Possibility of coming to the island by boat

Enchanting places, the towns on Lake Costsnza are worth a visit. The lake is located between Germany, Austria and Switzerland, it embraces three states. We stayed on the island of Lindau which is well connected by train - bus and boat.

An attractive town , beautifully situated on Lake Konstanz- easily reached by ferry from Konstanz. Beautiful buildings, an old castle, a Baroque Palace etc there were many tourists there , but this did not spoil my enjoyment

We got the bus from Konstanz (13/4) to the island and paid at the gate where we were also welcomed and given a guide/map. Paths were good, everywhere was well maintained and there was great variety. The dahlia display was spectacular, the little vineyard area informative with signs and the views from the island good. There were a variety of refreshment points for good choice. The butterfly house was good and had plenty to photograph. We did not see everything, but enjoyed all we did. Recommended as good value for money too.
