His knowledge of the wildlife was outstanding, not only did he point out animals we might have missed, but he also shared fascinating little details and fun facts that brought each encounter to life. You could tell he has a real passion for nature, and that enthusiasm was contagious. Joseph’s explanations were clear, engaging, and filled with those special “extra” bits of information that made us appreciate the animals on a much deeper level. Beyond his expertise, he was warm, approachable, and always ready to answer questions with patience and genuine interest. Thanks to Joseph, our visit felt less like a tour and more like an adventure with a friend who knows the park inside and out.
