Along the way, you'll explore some of Kakheti's most beautiful and historic places, such as Bodbe's St. Nino's Convent Cathedral.
In Sighnaghi, you can admire the views of the Alazani Valley, the Caucasus Mountains, and the Sighnaghi Wall.
It is a defensive fortification dating back to the 18th century.
At a family-owned winery, and KTW Winery, you'll learn about the ancient wine-making methods in Georgia.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful experience visiting the Kakheti region! The landscapes were breathtaking, with beautiful vineyards stretching as far as the eye can see and charming villages full of character. The wine tasting was a true highlight : we discovered delicious local wines and learned so much about Georgia’s unique winemaking traditions. A very special thank you to our guide, Gigi, who made the day even more memorable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the region. His enthusiasm and stories brought everything to life and made us feel truly welcome.

5.00It was a great trip, would really recommend it. Our tour guide Gigi was great and made it an unforgettable experience. He created a very good atmosphere in the group and thought us a lot about georgia, georgian traditions and the kakheti regio . The trip included a cultural part, a nice diner and wine tastings at different places, which all was really nice. Also the driver made it a very comfortable and smooth ride, even with the difficult weather conditions due the snow.

5.00We had a super fun day with guide Tako on the wine tour. Really good to learn a bit about Georgian culture and history as well as trying some great wine, brandy and chacha. Fab day out with lovely people!

5.00This is another tour I just booked at the last minute with Gamarjoba Georgia Tours - after hearing stories from other people during the other day tours. I am also glad I did this as it dissolved the hesitation I had at the beginning since I don't drink alcohol at all. I specifically liked the Sighnaghi old town and the walls we walked on. Thanks to Nina for cheerfully bringing us to every spot from trying the traditional bread Shoti and different cheese types while emphasizing (and re-emphasizing) the Georgian culture especially on drinking wines. It was educational for me now that I know Georgia is the homeland of wines. Thanks again also to Mikho whom I met from my Armenian trip and teased me to try drinking from the special horn cup. It was a fun trip while understanding both the traditional and European way of making wines and tasting them thereafter - at least 7 wines in total plus chacha and some other stronger drinks to try. Overall, we had an enjoyable time in each stop and this was a great way to conclude my Georgian trip. Cheers to Georgia and Gamarjoba Georgia Tours!
