5.00This was such a great way to spend the day. Our guide, David, explained some history of Georgia, the wine region and the different wines from the area. He was an excellent guide and presents the company very well. He was very knowledgeable about the region, the wine making process and the wines. The vehicle was clean and modern, the stops and timing at each location was perfect, the lunch was amazing, the people in our group were very diverse and a pleasure to spend the day with and the overall experience was exceptional. If you are considering going in this tour, I highly recommend it!

1.00There were some good parts to this tour, but our overall experience was seriously affected by the way one situation was handled. Lunch was optional, and that was never the main issue. The problem was that my wife and I were already seated at the table with the group when we were told to leave because we had not been counted. This happened in front of everyone and was embarrassing and upsetting, especially for my wife. She felt so bad that she wanted to leave the tour entirely and return to Tbilisi by taxi. We then had to find another restaurant by ourselves and wait until she felt calm enough to continue. So although we stayed on the tour, the experience had already been damaged in a very real way. A misunderstanding may happen, but a professional guide should know how to handle it with care and respect. In this case, that did not happen. What made it worse was that the complaint afterward was repeatedly minimized instead of being taken seriously. Future travelers should know not only what is included in a tour, but also how situations are handled when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this operator.

5.00Beautiful day of visit and tasting. Our guide Elene made us have a wonderful time. Very erudite , she provided a wealth of information, both on history and on wine. She speaks perfect English , is fun and sings divinely well! It allowed a nice cohesion within the group.Thank you for this moment!

5.00Perfect tour with a perfect guide Gigi. Kahketi wine region tour was the highlight of our 5 day Tbilisi tour. Gigi and our driver made whole day most enjoyable and unforgettable one. For lunch we chose set menu in a local restaurant and I strongly recommend it. Take the set menu and try different dishes from Georgian cuisine. Thanks again to our fun and friendly and also knowledgeable guide Gigi.
