This day trip from Prague to Kutná Hora meets at the Czech Railway Main Office (České dráhy), located in the center of the Prague train station.
The Cemetery Church of All Saints with the Ossuary
Set out to explore this historic city on foot, starting by the Sedlec Ossuary. Learn how the town grew after the establishment of the Sedlec Monastery, a sanctuary for Cistercian monks, in the 12th century. Head inside the Sedlec Ossuary and gape at the macabre, bone-made interior. Inspect the chandelier and furnishings made entirely from human bones, and hear how the interior contains the skeletons of around 40,000 people. As you take in the bone creations, you’ll understand completely why the ossuary draws flocks of visitors.

4.00I did this tour in October and it was amazing. Every location we went to was jaw dropping amazing. The train was packed which made it different to get to our settings but out tour guides helped with that. Would 100% face the train again just to revisit these locations.

5.00We were immersed into the culture and history of Prague with this day trip. It is a long day but Honza provided the perfectly paced day. His wealth of knowledge is incredible and he was so personable. It's hard not to say the Bone Church was not the highlight but the Church of St. Barbara and the Italian Court were incredible as well.. Honza also took us to the perfect place for lunch and his recommendations were spot on - the best we had on our trip! My only regret was not stopping at the souvenier shop outside the Bone Church to maybe have gotten some postcards as there was no photography allowed in the Church.

5.00Our guide Karel was pleasant and welcoming and even broke the ice in the group by having us do an introduction. His knowledge and history stories were great. We also enjoy a beautiful lunch together in a great little restaurant in one of the towns. All I’m all a fantastic tour and we would definitely recommend to first timers in Prague! Thank you! 5.00Are tour guide Brandon was great. He explained the history well, without making it feel like a school trip. We had the time to look around and see everything, without finishing and waiting to move on. He kept everyone to the schedule, without being pushy. The tour it self was great too. Well thought out and great things to see.

5.00Convenient option to widen your Czech Republic visit outside of Prague. However, if you’re going here in the winter season, be prepared to dress appropriately (read: lots of warm clothes and snow-ready footwear). We were expertly guided by Pavel who thoughtfully shared the history of Kutna Hora as well as adding his own comedic flair into things. Note that you cannot take photos inside the Ossuary. Meetup location is in the main ticketing station of Prague Station (see the photo below).

5.00Had a really lovely time with Oliver! I would definitely recommend this trip, you learn a lot and it is lovely getting the train out of Prague for the day. You get to see some beautiful places, important sites and the lunch we had was so delicious with great vegetarian options.
