First, have a stroll in the oldest private garden in Korea. This garden has attracted an array families, friends, couples and photographers frequently to explore the variety of festivals held throughout the year.
Afterwards, visit Nami Island, famous for its beautiful tree lined roads, you can enjoy the island by walking at your own pace or rent a bike and cycle around. The island was used as the filming location for the famous Korean drama “Winter Sonata”.
Then take a scenic ride on the rail bike and enjoy the beauty of Han River at Gangchon Railbike, an old train track in the beautiful countryside that has been converted into a serene rail bike track.
This tour includes entrance fees and transportation in an air-conditioned coach/minivan as well as a small briefing from the knowledgeable staff.

The Garden of Morning Calm: Enjoy a stroll at the oldest private garden in Korea. In winter, the tour departs later to visit the Garden of Morning Calm Light Festival.

5.00It was a lot of fun, but be sure to take plenty of water. We especially enjoyed the Garden of Morning Calm. Nami Island is fun, but kind of crowded.

5.00Had a great time with Shana and Ktourstory. Shana was very friendly and helpful throughout the day. Even though it was raining the Garden of Morning Calm was a lovely place, beautiful flowers and scenery. We had a tasty lunch and plenty of free time at Nami Island to walk around. Finally the rail bikes was a lot of fun, we all enjoyed it.

4.00Overall pleasant experience. The tour guide, Coco was very thorough with communication and clear on when we should be back to each place. I think my only critique would have been to be better informed with what there is to do at Nami island- all we did was walk around, but there are plenty water sports or adrenaline activities to partake in if you know about them ahead of time and can plan accordingly.
