The Garden of Morning Calm: Enjoy a stroll at the oldest private garden in Korea. This garden has attracted an array families, friends, couples and photographers frequently to explore the variety of festivals held throughout the year.

5.00Korea’s natural beauty is absolutely breathtaking — from lush green mountains to the serene waterways around the Garden of Morning Calm and Nami Island, every view felt like a postcard come to life. Zip-lining into Nami Island was such a thrill, soaring over the river with the wind rushing past and the trees spreading out below. The speedboat ride added even more excitement — fast, fun, and unforgettable! Sampling all the different local snacks was another highlight — each one delicious and full of unique Korean flavors. A huge thank-you to our guide, June, for being so friendly, informative, and making the whole experience even more special. And special appreciation to our bus driver, who navigated the busy Saturday traffic with such care and patience. It was an incredible day — adventure, culture, and nature all perfectly combined!

4.00The Garden of Morning Calm and Nami Island are both beautiful. Both were very, very busy on a beautiful spring day, but that was entirely manageable. The tour delivered good length stays at both locations. However, I did find it annoying that the guide was pushing people to eat at one specific chicken place outside of Nami Ialand when there were so many choices on the island. Why delay arrival? A kick back? In any case, I ignored that advice and took the zip line option to the island, which was super fun. Good trip overall

2.00The garden and Nami Island were very nice. However, our guide Reece was nearly impossible to understand in English and the air conditioning on the bus was not working. We were glad to get off as soon as possible and take the train the rest of the way back to our hotel.

5.00It was easy to find the meeting point. The tour guide was very kind and attentive, and explained everything clearly several times, especially when we were moving to the next place. The Garden of Morning Calm was very beautiful, I highly recommend it to everyone. Nami Island is also stunning. The staff on the ferry and on the island were very kind, friendly, and helpful.
