5.00Lovely tour, our guide was Karl and he was a great guide and provided lots of interesting insight but also some entertainment. We visited windmills, Edam, a cheese/clog making place, Volendam and Marken. Quite a lot of walking, time for lunch, lots of variety. Great day out!

5.00Pia was an excellent guide, you can tell when people love their job! She greeted us with a friendly smile assured us we were going to have a great day. We did! Learned about making clogs, cheese, polders (reclaimed land from the sea), windmills. Pia kept the group moving and together. It was a pleasure can't wait to come back!

5.00We have a great time on this daytrip out of Amsterdam. It was good weather, a nice bus and driver (Ernst) , and a great guide in Augustin. We learned alot obout the small towns we went to including clog and cheese making. The cheese tasting was very interesting and delicious. Zaanse Schans was like a continous postcard of beauty. Lunch in Volendam offered options and we went with the standard fish and chips.

5.00Fabulous tour with amazingly knowledgeable guide Rob. Learned so much and had so much fun! The cheese tasting was beyond words! Amazing! No idea you could go inside of a working windmill! Everything about it was a 10! Highly recommend! You’ll be lucky to get Rob as your tour guide! And Glen as your bus driver!

5.00This is a great trip to see the countryside north of Amsterdam, and learn the history of how the Netherlands were formed. We had Karl as our guide, and he was funny and informative and helpful. I highly recommend this trip; it also gets you back early enough to keep enjoying the city. Each stop is carefully thought out, and the trip to the farm was an absolute highlight
