  Booking in advance was the best idea, ot includes skipping long queues, a personal guide which is very helpful as the place is big and can be overwhelming with big crowds, we got clear instructions whilst having the best day ever.We had a tour guide called Aneeq, he was so helpful and gave us the best possible experience. Thank you Aneeg !

  Very nice tour. Ivan was very prompt and was able to guide us thoroughly . Meeting Santa as surreal ;) Wish the lunch was somewhere else for this price. The lunch was bad . There were flies sitting on the food. Husky ride was good but just one round.

  Everything in the tour pack was covered. The only thing I feel is that it was a little rushed. Apart from that, it was good.

  This is a place we should ALL visit. Father Christmas himself, welcomes us and all his magic in the Villa. Sending a postcard from Santa's house, or delivering the letter with wishes is wonderful

  It was really a great tour and fun to be in Santa Claus Village. We had the husky and reindeer ride without much queuing. Thanks to our tour guide. Highly recommended to take this tour if you are going during peak season. It would be great if we could spend more time in Santa Claus Village.

  Unforgettable, magical day! This tour was everything it says and more. Our tour guide Paula was brilliant from start to finish, she made the day work so well, she was so friendly and informative and looked after us so well. Little things like finding us a sled to pull the kids round, she was very thoughtful. We can’t thank her enough. Our trip was topped off by seeing the northern lights dance in the sky as we were dropped off by the taxi. The timing was unbelievable and we were so lucky . Would definitely recommend this tour. Santa Claus Village is Christmas and more!

  Our guide Paula was very professional, sincere and friendly. Big thanks to her! The tour was well organized. The kids loved everything. Adults only liked Husky Safaris. As for Santa's village, all the services and atractions are very commercialized, with little festive spirit!

  This tour was top class. Zoe in the office and Paula on the day made sure we got the absolute most from our 6 hour tour. We did not spend inordinate amounts of time queuing, husky and reindeer rides were pre booked. They added in some extras for us also. Paula was an excellent guide with great information about the village and locality. 10/10 would recommend.

  I was unsure about the necessity of booking this tour because I knew from a friend that Santa Claus Village is easy to access and does not require booking (you can just walk in and queue to see Santa). However if I was doing it again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this company again. From start to finish they were first class. Zoe from the office contacted me via WhatsApp a couple of days before the trip to finalise some details. She made sure we were getting the most from our itinerary because the longer reindeer ride was not available due to less snow than expected. She suggested alternatives and arranged these for us instead. Our guide of the day was Paula and she was also really excellent. She ensured we maximised every second of the day. We did not have to endure very long queues at the reindeers / huskies etc. Paula was also really pleasant company and we learned a lot about the town and locality from her. We packed a tremendous amount in to a 6 hour tour and I know that 100% it would not have been as effortless and fun without our guides. 10/10 would recommend!!
