At the cultrual activity, you'll wear a festive headpiece from our annaul Christmas Festival. Capture memories by taking photos at the "I Love STX" sign. Enagage in Crucian 101 dialect workshop, sample local fruits in season, and immerse yourself in the culture by interacting with locals to learn abut their traditions. Enjoy the vibrant experience!

Mrs. Carmen was very nice and informative! I loved wearing the back pieces and dancing on the beach! Definitely a good excursion

An hour of fun with Carmen. She was energetic and engaging. A nice change from standard tour. There were 7 ladies in our group and we were glad that we did it.

This experience was right on the beach which was a perfect location! The ladies were absolutely the best, it was really fun learning local slang and history about their beautiful island. Getting to dress up and dance was the best part! They had clear instructions on how to find them from the port and even accommodated us when we showed up early. The entire family was super sweet!

I had a wonderful experience with headpiece & tings w/ Queen Carmen, and I can't recommend her enough! She provided a fantastic introduction to the culture of the island, and her knowledge truly shone through. For my daughter’s birthday, Carmen made her feel like a Caribbean princess, which was such a special touch. She even taught her some island dance moves, which added to the fun and excitement of the day. One of the highlights was when Carmen let my daughter play "boots on the ground," guess you can’t take the country out of the girl… 🤣 Texas girl! It was clear that Carmen is passionate about sharing her culture, and her warmth made the day unforgettable. I’m so grateful for the memories we created, and I highly recommend Carmen for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion while immersing themselves in the local culture.

Carmen, her daughter and mother were so friendly. We had a great time. The experience was long enough to have fun but short enough that we didn’t have to worry about missing the cruise departure. I would definitely do this again.

Since there was no cruise ship I didn’t get to do it. Major disappointment I guess they matter more…..
