This is a full-day private walking tour of Delft, for those who want to see it all and truly experience Delft in one day. You will dive deep into the history and culture of the city, together with your own guide.
Get to know everything that Delft is so famous for; from the Master of Light Johannes Vermeer to the iconic Delft Blue pottery and from the final resting place of the our royal family to the world-renowned Technical University of Delft.
This tour includes a visit to the two historical churches of Delft city center, a visit to the Vermeer Centrum, a lunch in Delft's old weighing house and a visit to Royal Delft museum / factory.
Afterwards, you will know more of Delft than the average local, that is for sure.

You will meet your guide at Station Delft. This is right next to the city center, so you can immediately start the tour.
You will make your way to the south of the city center. We will pass by a large former weapons Armory, and we'll see an office of the Dutch East India Company. Let's find out more about Delft's role in the golden days of the Dutch Republic. Also around here, we can take a look at the exact spot where Vermeer was standing when he made his painting 'View of Delft'.

5.00I was very lucky to book this on such a beautiful sunny day. I have learned a lot. The city looked gorgeous and I was very impressed by the churches and of course the Delft Blue Museum. Good way to spend a day in Delft.
