Our Deluxe Food & Whiskey Experience is the most decadent and enjoyable way to spend your time in Dublin. This experience is for those who want to spoil themselves or others. We show you how to enjoy aged statement whiskeys, that have matured to the point of perfection, with hand-selected Irish cheese and handmade chocolates.

We will guide you through the secrets and science behind Ireland's beloved indulgences and show you what makes our city a great gastronomic destination.

This experience is perfect for newcomers to whiskey and also seasoned whiskey lovers. This is the perfect experience to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special life events.

Our tours are kept small in size so everyone gets to enjoy feeling part of a special Dublin experience. We only use deluxe Irish whiskey - that has aged for at least 12 years - so no burning sensation or bad taste left in your mouth when it's over.

Fabulous experience with Tiernan on November 9! We met at Lincoln’s Inn and started out with a wonderful Whiskey from Dublin. We paired the whiskey with delicious cheddar cheese, chocolate, fresh raspberries and strawberries, chutney and crackers. We then tried an additional two whiskies before moving on to the Palace Bar. Tiernan’s commentary was informative, interesting and filled with fun facts. The time passed quickly and we all had a fabulous time. A+ experience and wonderful whiskey tasting experience!!
Great experience whether you like whiskey or not. Chocolate and cheese was also delicious. 2 wonderfully old Irish pubs.

My husband and I booked in for his birthday weekend and had a wonderful afternoon with Tiernan! We live in Dublin and have done a few whiskey tours elsewhere, but we still learned so much from the experience. It ended up being just the two of us which allowed us to ask all the questions we wanted. Tiernan was a gracious host and was so knowledgable, you could tell he really enjoys what he does. The whiskeys chosen paired so nicely with the delicious local cheeses and chocolates, and it was a great atmosphere, spending the tasting in 2 of Dublin's historic pubs. I'd recommend this tour to anyone!

Tiernan did a fantastic job with our tour. We tasted 5 delicious whiskeys and learned a lot about Irish whiskey in general. Tiernan had a lot of knowledge and answered our questions, and managed the group dynamic very well. Would recocmmend!

Great tour and information on the Whiskey. The first bar was a bit loud so it was hard to hear at times. Id also suggest eating a light meal beforehand because the food served is more about pairing tastes than filling you up.

Andrew’s Whiskey tour was amazing and fun! He has an enjoyable and amusing approach to teaching about Irish Whiskey tasting. Two stops and 5 types of whiskey made for wonderful experience.

Our host, Tiernan was terrific. He was so knowledgeable and had some amazing stories about the history of whiskey making in Ireland. The cheese and chocolates were so nice to pair with the different types of whiskey that we tasted!
