Get out and ride in the Alaskan Boreal Forest! Traveling at speeds up to 30 mph, maneuver through the taiga to picturesque panoramas of the Alaska Range. Observe glacial moraines and historic archaeological dig sites while navigating tree rutted trails, mountain-fed creek beds, and boggy tundra. Spend more time riding on the trail than any other Denali area off-road adventure tour. You may learn how to make fireweed tea, leave with a blueberry smile, or even chat about survival. Periodic stops are made for photography and wildlife sightings. Tackle the terrain in a single-rider ATV or share the thrill in a multi-passenger side-by-side ATV. Trails are challenging for all experience levels. Total tour covers about 20 miles with 2½ hours on the trails.

Your Denali ATV tour starts with hotel pickup for the drive to the location where you'll begin riding your ATV. Total tour time is 3.5 hours; you'll spend 2.5 hours on the trail, covering about 20 miles (32 km). There are two types of ATVs available: single-rider ATV option and a two passenger side-by-side option (pricing based on double occupancy). Each ATV is 4-wheel-drive and has automatic transmission, and the side-by-side ATVs have roofs and windshields.

Side by Side ATV - 3 riders: This ATV is a 3 passenger Side by Side ATV (triple occupancy). Unit must be booked in increments of 3 riders: 3, 6, 9, etc.

Single Kodiak ATV

Single Rider Kodiak ATV: 3.5 hour guided ATV tour in the wilderness just outside of Denali National Park, Alaska at 10:00 am on a Single Rider ATV.

Absolute MUST DO!!! Jeff, Jet & Groovy were the best. Such a great adventure. I would highly recommend this excursion. One suggestion/area for improvement: We arrived 20mins before the stated arrival time of 8am. We were supposed to depart at approx. 8am. We were told a bus was arriving at 8:15am. We then had to wait for the bus and go thru a safety course which reduced our actual "ride time" by nearly 45mins. Suggestion...the ride time needs to be 30-45mins longer because it is AMAZING!! All in all, an excellent experience!

Crew was outstanding and very helpful - terrific to deal with - the outing was fun - very bouncy and muddy as expected so that was very good - lot of fun!

Amazing experience! Our tour guides were great, they both paced the tour well, and the adventure was amazing! Breathtaking views and an awesome adventure on the ATVs. Going through creeks, trails, and climbing mountains. Way more fun than I would have ever imagined it could be.

Tour was perfect length and was a rush of adrenaline. Guides were excellent and knowledgeable. Went thru rivers and up and down mountains.

The Denali ATV Activity was a lot of fun. It provided a great way to see parts of the Denali State Park that you might not experience otherwise.

Great landscapes and guides, overpriced as it’s 1.5 hours only. The ATVs are cool and in great conditions, the track was a great fun.

This was a great experience! We went on a 3.5 hr trip, our guides “Goober “ and Kay were great! You will get muddy and possibly a little wet but absolutely worth it.

Daisy and Gus made the trip fun! We had a blast and learned about the area too! There were 9 machines and 2 guides, a little mud and some amazing scenery.

Our guide was excellent—friendly and safety-focused. We stopped at four incredible vantage points including a dry creek bed, forested trails, and high valley overlooks with stunning views of the Alaska Range. The terrain was a fantastic mix of hills, mud, rocks and open scenic stretches. Highly recommend this for scenic value, fun pace, and great staff.
