5.00Driver arrived before scheduled pick up time and was waiting in the lobby of the hotel for us. He was very professional and polite. He loaded our bags and unloaded at the airport. He retrieved a cart for us. I would definitely book again.

5.00Driver arrived on time in a large, immaculate Mercedes van for my wife and I and our three kids. Great communication from the driver before his arrival allowed us to have our bags picked up from the room by the hotel butler and staged in the lobby for the driver’s arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again as there were no issues.

5.00The driver was about 10 minutes early and very nice. Vehicle was very comfortable and she had bottled water for us. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our international connection. She dropped us off right at the KLM Delta checkin, so it was easy.

5.00We had a very early morning flight and a substantial amount of baggage, so we booked the van transfer to the airport. The driver was at our hotel slightly before the appointed time. He was most helpful getting all the bags into the vehicle. The van was a sparkling Mercedes with plenty of room for the two of us and our baggage. The drive the the airport was relatively quick as there were few cars on the road. The driver was friendly and professional. He helped get a luggage trolley at the airport to accommodate al of our bags. Thanks for the outstanding service!l
