El-Jem

Morning: Check-out from Tunis and direction El Jem for a guided tour of the magnificent Roman amphitheatre. Late morning: Travel to Matmata and immerse yourself in the history of its underground dwellings. Enjoy a traditional welcome with tea and local specialties at a Berber family home. Afternoon: Explore the Sidi Driss Inn, then head to Douz for an optional camel or quad bike ride through the desert dunes (extra cost). Evening: Arrival at Sabria tent camp, where you will witness a breathtaking sunset over the dunes. Enjoy a traditional Tunisian meal and, weather permitting, enjoy an evening of music and entertainment around the campfire. Otherwise, relax under the starry desert sky. Overnight: Sleep in a comfortable Bedouin tent with half board.

Tozeur

Morning: After an invigorating Breakfast at the camp, head to Tozeur with a stop at Chott Djerid, the largest salt lake in North Africa, for a photo opportunity. Late morning: Explore the enchanted oasis of Chebika, known for its majestic palm trees, crystal clear waterfalls and lush gardens. Noon: Visit the beautiful Tamerza waterfall and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon: Continue to Kairouan for a quick panoramic tour of this historic city. Evening: Return to Tunis, concluding your incredible adventure in the desert.
