5.00Despite the huge delay of our flight from Nairobi to Mombasa, our wonderful driver Roy waited for us patiently. Roy was not only a driver, but also a guide—we gained a friend. A very funny one, by the way. He truly made our stay in Kenya more enjoyable. We often remember him and are still in touch to this day. The service was very professional.

5.00We had an excellent experience with Dian Magical Tours and Transfers. They organized our airport transfer to the hotel and a one-day safari to Tsavo East, and everything was perfectly arranged. We had two different drivers and both were very friendly, professional and always on time. During the safari we saw many amazing animals and felt very well taken care of the whole day. We are extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Kenya!

5.00We had Newton as our driver for almost two weeks during our stay in Kenya, covering all our transfers from Mombasa Airport to Diani Beach, Diani Beach to the train station, from the train station to Sarova Whitesands, and finally from Whitesands back to the airport. We honestly could not have asked for a better driver. Newton is professional, and respectful. He never pushes conversation and is perfectly comfortable with silence unless you initiate a chat, which is something we really appreciated. At the same time, he is attentive to your needs and happy to share local insights when youre interested. After long flights, security checks, and arriving tired and overheated, stepping into a car with strong air conditioning was a huge relief. For us this made a big difference! Newton was always punctual, usually arriving 10–30 minutes before the agreed pickup time. He drove calmly and safely, which we really valued given how hectic traffic in Kenya can be. He was also flexible with payments and transfers, offering to arrange rides directly instead of going through online taxi services each time, this made everything smoother and more personal. He always helped with luggage and made sure everything was handled without stress. Because of this experience, we chose to book Newton for our entire trip and all transfers. 5.00We had a great and safe drive with a cheerful driver Mr. Newton who ensured our needs were met and we managed to be in Arabuko sokoke forest on time despite the long drive from Diani. The car was comfy and in good condition enabling us to maneuver through the forest. Thanks to Diani Magical.
