Zoey provided an excellent tour of the island showing us beaches, a cave, local cuisine, rain forest and Old SJ attractions. She's very knowledgeable and shared culture then connected that with history giving us more perfect understanding of PR and it's people. A wonderful way to spend the day. Highly recommended.

Frankie was very knowledgeable and made the entire trip interesting and enjoyable. He gave a wonderful historical and current day perspective of life in Puerto Rico in addition to educating us about the flora and fauna.

We had a great time at El Yunque. Our tour guide, Francisco, was very knowledgeable and personable. The trip was the right trip for us, the walking was so pleasant and we visited the highlights of the park. I would have loved a little more time at the visitors center to explore all the art booths. Plan to use a big chunk of your day and also on an umbrella or poncho just in case. Thanks Francisco for a wonderful time.

Francisco Xavier is a very friendly guide who gave us a lot of information about El Yunque. However I would have preferred to spend less time at the interpretation center and more time in the forest.

Trip operator did a good job. El Yunque just isn't that impressive from a bus. We did the bus tour due to mobility issues.

This tour included hotel pickup, a drive to the visitor center with exceptional descriptions of everything, the castle, a waterfall, and a diversion to an outstanding local coffee shop! It had everything we wanted, plenty of time to look around and shop, and information about everything! Francisco was the perfect host and driver, and the trip was perfect for us. Not too much hiking but access to everything! This made us fall in love with Puerto Rico!!

Had an enjoyable day with Fransisco. Hit all the high spots of El Yunque at a comfortable pace. Would highly recommend for those who want to experience the rain forest without the physically demanding hiking, swimming and water slides.

They advertise hotel pickup in Old San Juan but they told us to meet them instead, even though they picked up other people from their hotels. This was quite inconvenient for one of the people in our party who is handicapped, and we had to pay for an Uber to get to and from the pickup spot. Not a great way to start the tour. The rainforest visitor center has a couple of walking paths, bathrooms, a gift shop and a cafe, so take advantage of these facilities if you need them.
