Because of my long experience of guiding snorkelers and strong passion for the sea, you will definitely have an exciting underwater experience and a comfortable and safe feeling at the same time! Before going in the water I will explain about snorkeling, like mask clear method, snorkel clear and all other necessary things. At the reefs around the blue cave I will show you turtles, colorful fish, coral, sometimes rays, small creatures like nudy brunch and more! During snorkeling I can take photos of you in crystal clear blue water and will send them to you afterwards. After the snorkeling you can enjoy Ishigaki's seasonal fruit, like island banana or pineapple or maybe even mango. We always take local fruits what is on the market on that day. Other things to note ・If the weather makes snorkeling at the blue cave unsafe, the tour will take place on another place where turtles and fish can be seen as well. ・The chance to see a turtle on the tour is super high but no guarantee. ・The tour is a beach entry where you can enjoy snorkeling most comfortably. We don't use a boat. ・Transport is included if you stay in Ishigaki city area or between Ishigaki city and Kabira.

5.00Great experience with Andy! He tried to show us the most impressive animals and we had the greatest success with turtles, cuttlefish and even a shark. What I liked most is respect for the animals. He also cared so much for us and we enjoyed the small group size and all the information he gave us about the island and its animals. A wonderful snorkeling trip! I highly recommend it!

5.00We had an incredible time with our guide Andy! He knew a lot of the area and always had something interesting to tell us. He was very caring about the environment as well which was a huge plus. We managed to swim arm-close to turtles which was breathtaking. Definitely recommend, must-do when you visit Ishigaki.

5.00Had the best ever snorkelling experience today !! Andy, the instructor was super knowledgeable about the amazing marine life and blue cave. We felt very safe the whole time even though we were beginners. Luckily, we were able to see loads of sea turtles, bright coral, tropical fish and even some sea snakes!! A truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Andy’s tour to people of all levels of snorkelling abilities! Wow

5.00It was our first time doing snorkeling. Everything went well, from the organisation to the swim itself. Andy has been super professional, very kind, helpful and funny. The place we saw were amazing and Andy help made the experience special. The photos have been published the same evening and we've been treated as long time friends. I don't think we could have asked anything more.

5.00We are a large family with both teenagers and toddlers. Andy made a really nice trip for us all with very short notice. We were out snorkeling and watching some of Ishigaki. Since we couldn't be in a car, he had gotten help from Daniel, who has a company with kayaking. Perfect. The little kids couldn’t come out and snorkle, but he had brought some toys, food and a blanket. We looked at small fish and sneaked in the water with Daniel. We also visited a waterfall - really delicious, was in Blue Cave (the little ones were included) and saw the island from a viewpoint. Snorkeling was safe, beautiful and we saw turtles! Some of the best snorkeling we've ever tried. Andy takes into account both nature and us. Really nice and safe! He speaks both Japanese, English and German ☺️ really a good experience!

5.00We booked a tour with Blue Space Ishigaki with short notice after arriving on the island. We met Andy early on the morning of the tour and he took us to a secret beach and provided us with all the equipment we needed for snorkeling. We had a great time, we saw sea snakes, octopi, turtles surfacing right in front of our noses, a moray eel and a myriad colorful fishes and sea life. Afterwards we had a nice picnic by a river before stopping at some sights, waterfalls and beautiful bays. At all times we felt safe and well catered for, and Andy was great company. Thank you Andy for the unforgettable day!

5.00The tour was amazing! During booking I expressed a wish to see a turtle and boy did we meet one. We literally swam with a big turtle for a minute while it rose to the surface to take air. Our guide Andy was great. He regularly kept checking that everyone in the group was ok, as we swam about 90 minutes between different spots, seeing both corals, all kinds of fish, deep caves and a few sea snakes. Plus the turtles. For me the blue cave was just a cave and nothing special after the snorkelling, but there as well we got to see a coconut crab and some cool rock fossiles. For those who are seeking a sustainable and environmentally respectful tour I can also recommend this one. We took every precaution to not damage the reefs and Andy was very knowledgeable in telling us about the sea life and how it has changed due the warming waters. Sweet pinapples was a best ending to the trip, when our energy levels were a bit low after all new experiences. I can warmly recommend this tour, if you like a bit deeper perspective to the snorkelling in Okinawa. (Pun intended)

5.00We had the most amazing morning with Andy! Andy is very knowledgeable about snorkelling here in Ishigaki and that immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident about going in the water with him. He always makes sure that you can all see the incredible things within the water. We were lucky enough to see loads of turtles and many sea snakes too. This was our first time snorkelling and thanks to Andy we are now addicted!
