5.00Christmas week 2025 was 60th anniversary trip of many time solo London visitor. A lot has changed since 1965. American traveler seeking a serious refresher tour. My guide Antony should be nominated for Best Oscar delivery. Not only did he make sure I recaptured the Highlight spots; but, at my invitation, he took me to many behind-the-scenes sights that even Brits don't know. We shared great stories of London - then & now. His Photog skills are tops. This tour and this guide where a solid 5 on 5. Don't miss the chance to book an adventure with these folks. THE REAL DEAL!

5.00I would suggest using this tour group 100%. Great communication before we left with Ollie , to get exactly what we wanted to see. We had John for 6 hour tour our first full day in London. He was so informative and a joy to visit with. Went early and was able to get pictures at highlighted areas before the crowd. Would use again.

5.00We loved our London tour with Frank! We had 4-5 hours during a layover. He showed us so many amazing sights and let us get a feel for the city. We’d never been there before. There were six of us, including three children. Frank knows the city so well and knew just whete to take us. The kids loved taking photos at the Harry Potter film locations in the city. The adults loved seeing the royal and historical places. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour or a more knowledgeable guide. (March 2024)

5.00Oliver, Matt and the whole Discovered Real London team made our holiday to London so special and memorable!! Matt is the most lovely person, plus a wonderful driver and tour guide to boot. He took us to all the best spots, some well known and some off the beaten path. We could see everything thanks to his spacious black taxi with panoramic roof. He provided rich history lessons at every stop and even included his own family history which made everything even more interesting. The tour was collaborative—the original tour plan evolved as Matt got to know us so he really tailor made the experience for us. 10 out of 10 stars!!!!!!!!!

5.00We highly recommend Discover Real London and touring London in the famous black cab. My husband and I have been to London multiple times and we wanted to make the first trip for our sons special. A dear friend recommended this tour and we are SO grateful she did! This tour felt so VIP, and was custom and tailored to what we wanted to see. Bill was our guide. His tour went above and beyond all of our expectations with his storytelling and deep knowledge of London. He is LOVELY, a wealth of interesting history and he introduced us to the most incredible and historical shops. The black cab - for us, it was a Mercedes small van that was so comfortable for our family of 4 - was the perfect way to see London. We were a bit jetlagged, having only arrived from SF the day prior. Having a mix of sitting and seeing while also doing a ton of walking was fabulous. We loved the shops that Bill introduced us to, so much that we returned two days later on our own and bought some rare cigars, scotch and wine. We booked everything through the website and immediately received a confirmation from the Discover Real London team. Ollie went above and beyond to make our tour a memorable one. You will find his and his team's communication warm, friendly, detail oriented and quick to respond. This team are true experts. This tour will always hold a special place in our hearts. We can't wait to book again - next time, Stonehenge! Thank you so much Ollie, Bill and team!

5.00This was such a great last minute discovery. I called the company the morning we got in and Oliver arranged the tour for us for the very next day. We wanted a personalized tour including the main sites and some ‘hidden gems’ and Oliver was so flexible and accommodating. Our tour guide Lee arrived promptly and in a spotless black cab with a sun roof. He was friendly and knowledgeable, patient and kind. He engaged the kids (ages 17 and 11) and the adults. He is also a skilled photo taker (so important to teenagers these days!) Other than showing us and telling us about the history of London and showing us all the major sites he also took us to this wonderful tunnel filled with street art and had multiple spray cans so my kids could try their hand at graffiti. It was a wonderful tour and kids and adults alike we engaged and comfortable and entertained all through. I would highly recommend this tour- you won’t be disappointed.

5.00We took a Discover Real London Touchdown Tour on the day we arrived at London Heathrow after our overnight flight from the US. This was the BEST decision! Our guide Matt picked us up, took control of our luggage and proceeded to show us his city! The Black Cab can stop in many places, so we were able to drive right up to sights, get out of the cab and take some pictures and hear about it, then get back into the cab and go on to the next sight. We stopped at the Royal Albert Hall, St James Palace, Westminster Abbey/Parliament, St Paul's Cathedral, and some very cool and unique shops that I never would have found on my own - we went to Lock & Co Hatters, the American Bar at the Stafford (where the US Air Force hung out during WWII), and so much more. Our guide Matt was fabulous. He was so friendly and helpful and knew SO MUCH about everything! He also has relationships with so many shop owners and hotels and such that he brought us right in. In particular Lock & Co has an entire section at the back of the store of all the people they have made hats for - you will recognize many names and pictures! He started the day asking if there was anything we wanted to see in particular and adjusted the schedule around that. He helped us get our luggage into our Airbnb and went above and beyond in every way. And he is just a really nice person. It was a true pleasure to spend the day with him. This was worth every penny, and eliminated the expense of transportation from the airport and luggage storage. Great tour! Ask for Matt!

5.00This is a fantastic way to see the sites. Our drive Lee was OUTSTANDING! We went on Sunday morning when the streets of London are empty so we were able to cover more ground over the four hours. Our driver Lee was great about modifying the drive to show us things we had not previously seen in London.

5.00The Panoramic Black Cab tour was the highlight of our trip! What a wonderful crew of guys who know the city and its history like the back of their hands. Ollie, Ricky, and Anthony felt like old friends right from the get-go! If you are lucky enough to tour with them, you will get an absolutely unforgettable experience!

5.00My aunt and I were hosted to the most wonderful four hour tour with our driver Andy. It was like being shown the best of the town by a kind, funny, knowledgeable friend! He picked us up at our hotel and then dropped us off for our Afternoon tea booking at Kensington palace. Andy reached out a couple nights before the tour to find out our interests and personalize the tour to our needs. He even modified and pointed out locations in real time as he got to know us along the way. My aunt has mobility challenges and Andy was incredibly thoughtful and helpful in accommodating her needs and help her see everything she wanted along the way. It was every bit worth the price of the tour just for the two of us…and would be an absolute bargain if you had a larger group! The best part was at the end when Andy parked outside of the park and walked us up to Kensington palace at the conclusion of our tour. Definitely a highlight of our trip!
