2.00Better not book like that. We assumed that we would be accompanied from start to finish by a guide, which unfortunately was not the case. It is a combination of building blocks with questionable execution. You have to go to the meeting point by taxi. From there you are only driven to Miami City and Boat Tour. The driver disappeared and told us to check in at the ticket counter to get the tickets. No tickets were booked in our name or for the organizer. We showed the booking of Viator. Kulanterwise we were given a ticket for 0 dollars after 15 minutes of discussion. We did the city tour with Miamitours. After that we went on the boat tour. Named boat "Melli" was not available. After searching, we found Pier Aqua. We were able to ride the boat "Grand Princess". After the boat tour another driver should contact us who should take us to the Dolphin Mall. Treffpunkr was not named. Thanks to Whattsapp via Videocall, we found him and drove to the mall. After that he took us back to the pick-up location. From there we had to take a taxi to the hotel again. Actually, we were only transported from A to B, B to C and C to A. We could have taken a taxi and bought the ticket for the City & Boat Tour with Miami Tours ourselves. The entire trip was not organized enough. The first driver barely spoke English..... In the end we saw everything that was described, but were mostly left to our own devices. Conclusion: Better not book here and book the whole thing on your own. Recommendation: Buy ESim by Holafly beforehand to communicate online via WhattsApp or to use Google Maps
