  So the guy ask for a deposit of $90 through cashapp I sent it to him and told me I’ll get it back tomorrow morning I called he told me that he can give me the cash in person if I show up to his office I agreed I do inform him that I have to catch a flight back to Massachusetts that’s where I stay and I told him my flight is at 11pm I need to drop my rental off had me waiting in a churches chicken parking lot for 3 hours knowing I’m not from San Juan made me late for my flight and on the tour the guy that was supposed to give me a tour was on his phone and vaping in the utv next to my pregnant girlfriend and I was supposed to drive the utv and never did the guy look confused and drop me off at the t mobile district and said he’ll be back in 30 minutes and I was waiting for atleast 48 minutes and he never let me drive the utv I keep calling the guy I keep texting him leaving me on “delivered” very unprofessional I called his number “+1 (747) 474-5531” still no response from him

  My boyfriend and I took this tour as it was his first time going to OSJ and we wanted something shorter than the walking tours. We were told to be at the meeting spot at 10:00, but after getting there at 9:45 told the actual tour doesn't start until 10:30. Our tour guide, Michael, kept trying to push us towards the beach tour but we were staying on the beach. I booked OSJ and that's what I wanted. We finally headed out and Michael barely spoke, we mainly listened to music. I was in the back and really didn't hear him say anything. There wasn't much traffic in OSJ and we rolled through and out in about 20 minutes. We learned nothing about the area. I had to keep asking questions. He then took us to a TMobile entertainment center, but we didn't want to get out. He asked us if we wanted to eat. I booked this for a tour of Old San Juan, not to eat! He then drove us over to an area called Pinones, by the airport, to eat. This tour seemed to be really about what Michael wanted to do. It was a total waste of my money. Since we were there, we did eat and I got food poisoning. I'm still pissed that I spent this amount of money for nothing. With the amount of time we spent riding around, we could have spent more time in Old San Juan and actually learned something.

  Honestly, I didn't expect to enjoy the historic tour much as I did. The guide had such a great way of telling stories, and the Can-Am made it feel like an adventure. Super cool!

  I loved how our guide shared the history of the places we visited in such a relaxed and fun way. The Can-Am gave us the freedom to see more without getting tired. Great experience.

  Such a fun twist on a history tour! We saw beautiful architecture, learned a lot, and got to ride in style. Our guide was passionate about Puerto Rico and it really showed.

  I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it this much! The scenery was amazing, especially with the ocean right next to us. The guide was funny and super helpful—great energy all around.

  Exploring Old San Juan on a Can-Am was such a unique experience. I’ve done walking tours before, but this was way more fun. The guide knew so much about the area and made us laugh along the way.

  We had a great time with our tour guide Daniel, he was amazing, we had a few extra minutes and he took us for empanadas and coconuts. Fun time for our family.

  Eddie was amazing. One of the best things we did in Puerto Rico. He showed us all the good spots and gave us plenty of time to take pictures. Would recommend to everyone.

  The tour was supposed to start at 5 PM. The tour guide called us at 4 PM stating that we are late for the tour. I spoke with the manager via phone (+1 (747) 474-5531) around 9 AM on August 21, 2025 confirming our tour to start at 5 PM later that evening. When we arrived the tour guide stated he cannot give us the full 2 hour tour since we were late which we were not. The car was dirty, the tour guide was on FaceTime while driving us, and all throughout the tour I was contacting the manager because the tour guide would not listen to us or give us a proper tour because he said he has another tour to give right after us. The unprofessional behavior of the tour guide was absolutely appalling. Here is photo evidence of the tour guide texting while driving and screenshots of me texting with the manager during the tour. He ran over a sidewalk because he was texting and driving which is obviously a safety issue. The miscommunication and lack of respect from the tour guide ruined what was even left of the tour because I was constantly calling the manager for the tour guide to honor the 2 hour tour. He just drove us around alleyways to kill time because he did not want to drive to old San Juan through the traffic. This was a horrible experience and I urge you to remove this company from your website.
