Jose's wealth of historical information was very interesting. He offered many insights to the history and culture of Puerto Rico. We enjoyed a stop for a limber! Jose was open to questions and even offered a few a lof his favorite local eateries at the end of the tour. We could have listened to him for an additional 2 hours:-)

Dr. Morales is a real pro. I’d recommend this tour to anyone. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a great storyteller. The tour was inadvertently booked in English but my grandmother only speaks Spanish. Dr. Morales (Jose, he’s not that formal!) adjusted on the fly and did the tour in two languages expertly. Extremely accommodating and he has lots of relationships with locals that grant you access to some places other tour operators can’t visit. 10/10.

5/5. Absolutely awesome. Book it, without hesitation. Super tour from Jose who is so passionate it shines through and is infectious. We didn’t want to leave. The tour flies by as Jose recalls fabulous history and demonstrates beautiful architecture. Learned so much about the culture, history, family & food!! Would highly recommend if you are visiting Puerto Rico

Jose was fantastic! My sister and I are here visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. We searched for tours of Old San Juan, and this one caught our eye. We can say that we 100% made a great choice with Jose! First off, it was a small group, so it seemed very personal. You can tell Jose is so incredibly connected to and passionate about Puerto Rico's history, and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with us. He spent extra time answering our questions, being attentive to our group's needs, and above all, Jose was caring and kind. I would recommend this tour to anyone wishing to stroll though Old San Juan and learn Puerto Rico history from the real deal.

We loved our tour with José ! Very informative and fun with some of the best views in Old San Juan! José shared in depth historical background for the area while layering in current cultural context, and gave great recommendations for our stay. Highly recommend!

A great way to see the old city and learn about the history and culture! Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the small group size too.
