5.00Jose was an incredible tour guide. My 10 year old son wanted to learn about the Tainos so I selected a tour led by a historian. Jose was not only very knowledgeable about the Tainos but as a former head of a school, was expert at engaging my son as well as the adults in a way that kept my son interested the whole time. As a historian, Jose provided a broad context to the history and current affairs of Puerto Rico in ways that others have not. He took us to places off of the beaten path as well as on it. The tour was at a great pace of not too fast nor too slow and having a small group of only 7 of us was the perfect size. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It also ended at the Museo de las Americas which I highly recommend.

5.00This was an amazing tour. The professor leading it is so knowledgeable, warm and enthusiastic, and we loved that it was such a small group-only 2 couples.

5.00What a lovely tour! Jose is incredibly knowledgeable and with his history education made it a very enjoyable tour. He was able to answer all questions we had related to the architecture, history, and culture of Puerto Rico. He was very good with the younger children on our tour group and patient with their questions, while being very engaging. It is nice to have a smaller group tour like this as an option and well worth it. I would recommend to anyone who’s interested in the history of old San Juan. Thank you again!

5.00An excellent walking tour of Viejo San Juan. The guide was kind and knowledgable about both the history and the culture. The tour route covered a lot of ground in the time, including a couple of sites not accessible to tourists alone (or at least that I wouldn't have known how to access), which was amazing. Highly recommend!

5.00Amazing tour! It was so worth it. We really enjoyed our time with Jose. It was a hot day and he made sure we had water as well as tasty local frozen drinks. All of our friends agreed it was the best tour we received during our entire trip.

5.00Dr Jose Morales led us on a wonderful tour filled with lots of history and culture of Old San Juan and Puerto Rico. Jose shared his extensive knowledge with us and expertly answered any questions we asked him. I have been to Old San Juan before, but learned so much more because of Dr Morales. I highly recommend this tour as a valuable experience and you will walk away with a richer understanding of Puerto Rico's history and culture.

5.00Very informative and enjoyable tour. Jose took us to places you cannot access on your own. We saw beautiful views and lovely perspective of the city. Our teen girls also enjoyed the day. About 4 miles of walking - just an FYI.
