Enjoy an authentic Saki bath experience in a peaceful natural setting near mountains or a river. This ancient wellness ritual lasts 5–6 hours and includes five short steam sessions designed to relax the body, detoxify, and restore energy. You will begin with gentle warming, breathing in herbal steam as infusions are poured over hot stones. Between sessions, you cool down outdoors, relax, and enjoy traditional herbal tea. The ritual continues with herbal balms and a personal broom-steaming session that stimulates circulation and deeply relaxes muscles. Cooling in a mountain river or ice shower is optional.
