This was a very nice and almost private lesson in how to make flower arrangements by two wonderful ladies. They were super nice and very skilled in what they are doing. I’m not sure if this was a coincidence but we were the only people who attended this class. That made it very special as all the attention was devoted just for us. At the end my wife and I made two beautiful ikebana arrangements. Don’t be afraid if you’ve never done that before. The instructors will be very helpful and understanding and will explain all the details in English. PS. Expect to bring some cash (around 1000 yen per person) extra that will be needed to buy flowers. Those were not included.

The couple doing the class were extremely nice, informative and pleasant to be around. The husband spoke English very well and the wife who did the Ikebana stuff was very good. It was very hot and humid that day but inside was fairly cool. My only problem was I scheduled another event too close to this one so I had to leave about an hour early ... so we didn't get to buy/pick out flowers and arrange them. Very interesting workshop.

They were so well prepared for me. The translation was excellent. I came away feeling excited and equipped to try some ikebana at home.

This Ikebana class gave us more than we expected. The teacher was very respectable and took the time to dress in a kimono. The most important things that we learned was, we learned a little more about life. Thank you. Charles
