5.00What a wonderful way to experience Florence, with a guide like Veronica, who was so knowledgeable and patient with our group. The driver was punctual and very helpful, he treated us to the bonus of seeing Pisa and the famous tower,a truly unexpected surprise. 5.00I participated in this tour led by Veronica in the heart of the city of Florence and I had a fantastic experience: Veronica's preparation, her enthusiasm in explaining the history of her city, the presence of her four-legged friend Ulysses, made the tour wonderful. It should be noted that the tour is suitable for people with motor, visual and hearing disabilities as it is specifically studied in detail to allow it to be enjoyed by everyone. We had some mobility challenges in our group, and Veronica went above and beyond to accommodate us. She carefully planned a route that was manageable and comfortable, ensured we had places to rest when needed, and moved at a pace that worked perfectly for us.
