Day 2: Jerash and the Dead Sea Today, we’ll take you to Jerash and the Dead Sea. Jerash is one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities in the Middle East, featuring highlights such as the Street of Columns, Hadrian’s Gate, and two Roman theaters. Next, we’ll descend along the Jordan Valley to the Dead Sea, the lowest body of water on Earth at 400 meters below sea level. With a salt content eight times that of most oceans, floating in the Dead Sea is effortless and truly unforgettable. Enjoy this unique experience, then spend the night at a Dead Sea hotel.

Located west of the Dead Sea along the historic Kingsway, the city of Madaba is renowned for its remarkable mosaics. This charming town, crowned by a small church, lies in the heart of one of Jordan’s most fertile regions. Its greatest treasure, the famous 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land, is preserved in its original location on the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Just 10 kilometers away stands Mount Nebo, overlooking the Jordan Valley and believed to be one of the possible burial sites of Moses. After your visit, continue your journey to Petra for an overnight stay.

Your journey begins in Petra and ends in Amman. As one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Petra enchants visitors with its magnificent rock-cut architecture, carved into rose-red mountains by the Nabataeans more than 2,000 years ago. After exploring this extraordinary site, you will return to Amman for an overnight stay.
Amman Hotel → Departure to Amman Airport.
After breakfast, your journey comes to an end. Hotel check-out is usually around noon, after which you may depart at your convenience for a direct transfer to the airport. It’s time to say farewell and take with you the lasting memories of your adventure through Jordan.

5.00This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to explore Jordan's history, culture, and natural wonders, and I was not disappointed. Our driver was amazing. His expertise was greatly appreciated, and he made the trip a pleasure. I adored him. The places I visited were some of the most incredible I've ever seen, and I learned so much. Thank you for providing such an excellent experience.

5.00Overall, we were happy with the arrangements of our trip. Emad was quick to respond and catered to our request. The guides hired at Petra, Jerash and Wadi Rum were knowledgeable and professional. We stayed at night at a resort at the Dead Sea which wasn't necessary because we just wanted to see and touch the waters but not stay overnight at the location because there's nothing else to do and you are stuck at the hotel. We went for 5 full days and it's enough to see all the memorable sights. Thank you Emad.
