  Absolutely one of the nicest city tours I've taken and I've traveled throughout the world. My twin brother, who toured with me, and I have traveled extensively while serving in the US military or during my 14 years as an airline pilot. So we've been on dozens of tours like this. Our tour guide, Sara, was phenomenal. Simply stated, she was extremely knowledgeable about the city and professionally explained the history and importance of the sights as we approached them. It was obvious she cared about the job she was doing, took pride in the city she called home, and respected the cultural differences of the people on the tour.

  The guide was very knowledgeable and personable, and the route taken was extremely interesting. The vehicle used was modern and well equipped, the tour was very comfortable as a result. There was lots to do and see on the tour, and the guide is always up for questions.

  Viator goes to any extent to honor the commitment given to their clients. Hats off. We booked the half day city tour at Wellington on the 24th December and Viator organized an exclusive car just for just two of us as their regular tour bus was occupied fully by a cruise ship tourists on that day. 25th December being a holiday in the entire New Zealand due to Christmas we were worried that we would leave Wellington without seeing anything as we had just planned for two days (24 & 25) before our trip back home to India. Special thanks to Mr. Nathan from Ka Rawe Tours who personally communicated at every stage through SMS / email / WhatsApp mode We felt very warm for the excellent hospitality from Mr. Pete who took care of us explaining very politely the history of each of the site that he took us to. We wish to engage again Viator / Ka Rawe Tours for any of our onward trips.

  Sarah our guide was a gem.Tour picked up on time..good bus with clear microphone..very friendly and informative professional guide who drove carefully and gave us a very full and well paced 3 plus hours.A must if you want to be shown this city by an informed and friendly local .

  Great trip to see the sights in Wellington, perfect as Disney Cruise passengers as pick up and drop off was from the terminal. Unfortunately the weather was awful, so we couldn't see much from the lookouts, I wouldn't recommend in bad weather. The tram stop as an adult with a 17 year old daughter was kind of random. Our guide was excellent, as was the communication prior.
