Children's tickets are for kids aged from 3 to 11 years inclusive. In the event of minors (aged under 18) traveling alone, a written authorization form from parents or guardians will be necessary to access Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to access the parks.

2.00We visited the park on March 15, 2026 to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday. This day, which we had carefully prepared, was unfortunately very disappointing. Many attractions were closed or down, sometimes after waiting for up to 2 hours. It is impossible to access the other park without paying an extra fee, despite these malfunctions. The conditions of cleanliness (toilet) were well below the expected standards. In addition, a reported lactose intolerance in a restaurant was not considered. Attendance was also complicated by preview events, with partially privatized areas and long queues. I filed a complaint on March 16, 2026, which has not yet been answered. A very disappointing experience considering the price and reputation of Disney.

4.00I visited the Disneyland Park in Chessy, France with my friends, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The park is absolutely beautiful, and from the moment you enter, you can really feel the magic of the park. Everything is well designed, especially the Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, which is very impressive. The park was very busy as expected during this period, which is normal for a popular destination in the summer. Despite the crowds, we still managed to have a fantastic day. The staff was very friendly and help us whenever we needed, which added to the positive experience. I would recommend a multi-day ticket, as while the one-day ticket allowed us to see a lot, it didn’t give us enough time to do everything without feeling a bit rushed. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience with friends, and I would definitely recommend it.

2.00Too bad ...not to mention embarrassed they've traded Disney illusion for bars and shops....I was there 18 years ago...and when I came back this month I've been blown away....they're just worried about raising...all the best attractions but that involved maintenance and staff have eliminated them Mine Train Live Hijacking Tarzan Etc.. I say I've only noticed the fundraising effort instead of the "Disney magic" Bar and bars...shops and shops.....embarrassing

3.00I didn't understand the scores until I went. Of course it is well themed, clean and that children get excited about the dolls, but queues for everything are eternal, and queuing more than an hour with children for an activity of less than 5 minutes is desperate. The experience was not good, it feels a constant waste of time despite how cute everything is decorated. The most expensive restaurants, the most affordable fast food but ridiculous rations and no quality. The staff is rather tired, unflexible and unfriendly. In the end, the value for money does not compensate. Viator's side, great, sends you tickets and hassle-free use

Pay expensive price for waiting in queue - Not Worth

2.0080 to 90 percent of the time goes on endless waiting in the queue. Waiting time of 100 + minutes is normal. No proper information regarding the activities, everything inside is very expensive and Disney characters are no more favourite for the kids. It is not worth for the money you pay.

5.00Wonderful place for adults and children, too bad they did not have the kindness to put the traditions in Italian in any attraction or even in the maps! There is also "ancient Aramaic" but not Italian!!! French....
