As Antigua’s only independent five-star PADI facility, you have come to the right place if you are looking for a great scuba diving experience in Antigua.
The DiveCarib team have over 40 years of combined experience in the dive industry, and we offer the most organised and enjoyable diving experience on the island.
This 2-tank trip meets at 8:30am at our base, and finishes between 12:30-1pm. Drinking water is available on the dive boat.
Take note, we have a strict no-touch, no-take, no-feeding policy; we are a certified GreenFins member.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Must have dived within the last 2 years, and must have dived in the ocean. If you have not then please enquire about our afternoon refresher sessions.
Physically/mentally fit to scuba dive, as well as physically fit to do normal activities (e.g. swimming unassisted, walking unassisted, climbing the dive ladder unassisted).
By completing this booking, the parties aver and agree that in the event of any dispute or litigation arising, the laws of Antigua and Barbuda shall apply, and the resolution of any such disputes or litigation shall be confined to the judicial jurisdiction of Antigua and Barbuda.

Certified diver trips begin with an introduction to our facility and team, followed by a dive briefing covering all aspects of the trip. After the dive briefing we board the boat, and elaborate on specific points regarding equipment for divers using our rental equipment, before a short boat ride to the dive site. The boat ride is an experience in itself, with so much to see from the water, giving you another viewpoint to admire this beautiful Island. Upon arrival at the first dive site, divers kit up, and complete a pre-dive safety check, before entering the water. The cylinder type is aluminum S80 (11.2 litre) with a starting pressure of 3000 Psi (207 Bar); dive times are set at one hour, or a minimum end/surface pressure of 500 Psi (35 Bar). A divemaster, with extensive knowledge of the local underwater realm, guides all dives, and they will show you the beautiful marine life that Antigua has to offer. Take note, we have a strict no-touch, no-take, no-feeding policy. *Important* we require all certified divers who have not been diving for a period of two years or more to complete a refresher dive before joining our certified diver trips. Great PADI Open Water training experience

5.00We booked our 3-day PADI Open Water Course with DiveCarib and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole team were brilliant — supportive, calm, and incredibly patient — which made the training (and the dives afterwards) feel fun, relaxed, and confidence-boosting from the start. Huge thanks to our instructors Leigh and Louis for being so knowledgeable and reassuring, and for sharing loads of experience and interesting diving insights along the way. The booking process was super simple, the kit provided was fantastic and high quality, and the dive sites were absolutely breathtaking. Everything was easy to find with straightforward parking too — we’d 100% recommend DiveCarib to anyone thinking about learning to dive in Antigua.

5.00Had two days of wonderful diving with Leigh and staff. The reefs are very vibrant and full of schools of fish. Saw turtles, rays ,lots of fish and beautiful corals. DiveCarib was wonderful with communication before we came, easy to deal with, answered all our questions and was reasonably priced. We will use again our next time in Antigua

5.00Like to say a big thanks to Lee and his DiveCarib crew for making my diving experience aboard the Hollywood and outside Falmouth Harbour a very enjoyable and relaxing one. Overall, we did six dives over 3 days taking in 4 sites (Carib House, Red Rocks, Pillars of Hercules and Hogfish Hill). Lots to see including the wreck of the New Freedom which was scuttled outside the harbour). Visibility was mostly good (100+ feet) and dive companions (3 on day1, 5 on day 2 and 6 on day 3) were friendly. DiveCarib is located just outside the town and not far from English Harbour, Nelson's Dockyard and a short drive from Shirley's Heights. One or two of the divers were staying at local B&B's to get the most from the area, which has its far share of restaurants and bars, as well as the diving. Certainly looking forward to heading back some day!

4.00Good Diver Operator. His dive briefs were very thorough and detailed, and I can tell he emphasized safety. The boat was comfortable and the crew worked silently preparing our gear for the next dive. After the dive, we were able to shower and rinse our gear I recommend this shop if you are staying on English Harbor.

5.00DiveCarib team was amazing. Incredible attention to details for each diver pre-dive, the experience during the dive and after. The staff is fantastic and boats are very well cared for. Dive sites are relatively close by and still some good life. Definitely will be back!

5.00Great dive and very professional. Louis was great, gave a clear briefing, ensured everyone was happy, safe and pointed out plenty of marine life during my dives. Good organisation and good equipment. Very quick at replying to emails and booking process was very easy. Hobby was also an added cute bonus

5.00A fantastic experience from a great, friendly and experienced team of Leigh, Louis & Mona (not forgetting Hobby the cat) I dived here for 4 days across multiple dive sites with a wide variety of marine life and even a wreck. "The Pillars of Hercules" was a personal favourite. Louis was my guide for 3 of those dives. I really enjoyed diving with him, getting to know him and also more about the island. He's a great professional. I also dived with Leigh on the rib which was a thrilling experience to say the least. I was well looked after, I rented equipment but was also able to integrate some of my kit from back home with no hassle. Big thanks to all for making my diving in Antigua memorable!

5.00Louis taught my 3 girls - 12, 15, 16 - scuba over the holiday. He was everything a scuba instructor should be fun, calm, informative, and very safety aware without freaking anyone out. He was a fabulous teacher and they had an incredible time! Thanks for giving our family a whole new world of possible experiences (off to plan our next vacation)!

5.00We did our Open Water Course and three additional two-tank dives. DiveCarib was a perfect fit for us. Laid back but strictly professional. Mona was an amazing instructor and left us confident in our newly learnt skills. All of the dives were great - lots of inspirational scenery and a wide array of aquatic life. We especially liked the eco-focused discipline the guides instilled - the underwater ecosystems are fragile and we need to protect their beauty. The boat crew were amazing! Friendly, fun, and very professional. Thank you guys! We are hooked on scuba, and are planning to dive again as soon as we can! I highly recommend DiveCarib, and look forward to diving with them in the future.
